Almost perfect delivery
The delivery was quick, in about 2 days, and everything was good. The only problem was with the exterior box, which was quite damaged: you can see that it was hit and it also had a coupe of hols in it from that. But that is probably from the delivery company. So I strongly recommend if you order fragile things, to go and pick them from the shop. DO NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY THROUGH GLS! It will for sure damage your goods.
I just ordered a helmet, so it was tough enough for the transport conditions.
Besides that, it's a great company, and you can order without restraints from them.

Easy to use website & quick delivery
There is one thing that perplexed me. My helmet arrived with earstraps and an extra set of straps that neither I nor my husband (a Dane, so definitely not a novice to bike helmets) could figure out. There was no mention of them on the explanatory drawings and so I ended up just cutting them off. If they are a big improvement on the helmet maybe you should add them to the drawing so people know what their function is!
