I've used them twice now, once to order a part and once for service under warranty. In both instances the cases were handled quickly and to my satisfaction. I don't really have any complaints so far.

They acted quickly after I made a report of a bile not working and I was called in advance. The only thing is when it had been fixed I was not told anything and the person fixing my bike left and didn't leave any comment if the bike was fixed or not and all my stuff was left outside. I would have liked to be noted of what the stadus was on the bike as they had my number or could could have knocked.

Their service is excellent, my bike's display went off at night and they replaced it free of charge, I had my first bike repair experience in Denmark and it exceeded my expectations.

My display stopped working after a fall, a few other minor things needed fixing. I delivered the bike in the afternoon, it was ready for pickup first thing in the morning - all fixed and serviced and free of charge. You just put all my local bike experts to shame!

Right from reporting the issue via the app, the whole process went really smooth. They were also quick to fix the issue with our cargo bike. Excellent team overall and I am extremely satisfied with their workmanship.

I bought a bicycle from Føtex. On the first long ride the right pedal broke. Registered the case in the app. The mechanic came the next day, and the day after the bicycle was ready.
