The website is easy to use, has a lot of great items, and the delivery process is well-organized.

Delivery time was perfect but i had an issue with a size, that need change to a large one and i did not get any reply.

I spent a significant amount of money on three items. As a bonus I was entitled to three free gifts which was a nice bonus at the time. The package arrived with a document listing all items including the free gifts. The free gifts were not in the box (labelled package 1 of 1). Cykom have conveniently chosen to ignore my multiple emails.

We rented two bikebags for two triathlon bikes via cykom.
At home we discovered that one of the bike bag was not for a triathlon bike, so I had to take my bike a part more than necessary(which ruined my bikefit). The adapters for quick release wheels were too small in one of them, which made it difficult to attach the bike properly. and on the other one the adapters didn't fit because of some rubberbands too big. But we managed.
On our way to the airport we discovered that the wheels on one of the bikebags didn't work as they should, and made it really difficult for us to transport(had to carry it most of the way)

We sent cykom an email about what we had experienced with the bags, but as we traveled over a weekend we got a reply on Monday.
The replay was, that it was not their fault. they showed us the bags. We should have made objections when we picked up the bags. Our first experience with bikebags and traveling with bikes.

I recently purchased a BMC from Cykmon, and I have to say, so far, so good! I managed to get an unreal deal on the bike at a knock-down price. The delivery was surprisingly speedy, and their customer service has been excellent – fast and helpful responses every time I've needed assistance. Looking forward to many rides ahead!

I bought a carbon seat post from this shop, and what did I receive? A cracked, completely unusable item. You would think they would immediately replace it, right? WRONG. Instead, I’ve been going back and forth with them for THREE WEEKS, answering endless requests for photos, more photos, and yet more photos. Finally, after wasting all that time, their solution? “Send it back, and we’ll have a look.”
And they stopped replying to my emails!!

All I want is a seat post that’s in good working order, but apparently, that’s too much to ask from this company. This is completely unacceptable, and I will never shop here again. Avoid this place unless you want to deal with headaches, delays, and terrible customer service! Absolutely disgraceful.

I am always sceptical about buying from non-UK sources. However CYKOM exceeded expecations. Very quick to deliver (around 5 days from order). No issues with VAT or customs.

I rented a cycle bag that did not work when I was packing down my bike the evening before the trip. The bag was incomplete and not useable for a bike.
I had to borrow a bag from a freind instead.
