Won a £90 instant win which I was over…
Won a £90 instant win which I was over the moon with but then was contacted by the company saying the prize would have to be given cash. So I gave the man my address and he turned up at my door with £90 in 1p and 2ps which was nearly a Tesco carrier bag full. I declined as I wouldn’t have time to count it all out and to be honest found it rather strange so just got my money back for the tickets which was also in pennies took me over a hour to count out £5. I know it’s a new business and it’s the thought that counts but if would help if they paid you in notes or even into the bank. Thanks

We are however extremely alarmed that you may be a victim of fraudulent activity as not only was our £90 instant-winner a man named Matt, We can confirm that none of our senior leadership team have been in contact with a woman named Sally nor would we turn up at an address with a bag of pennies as prize so our best advice is take them to the bank and get the bank to validate that they are in fact real pennies and not FAKES.
In future we would like you to know that any of our amazing cash prizes that are won are ALWAYS awarded via bank transfer as this helps maintain a paper-trail.
If possible can you please send us an order number or proof of purchase and we will be happy to refund your order and issue you with some free site credit to spend on our amazing prizes.
