Transformative Support

Cynthia supported my transformation during a particularly challenging time in my career and in my identity as a leader. Through coaching, teaching, and counselling, Cynthia was able to offer strengths-based solutions coupled with industry specific knowledge which allowed me to shake-off some of my old ways of thinking, and excel.
