The site is a scam
The site is a scam, it is a fraudulent exchange that allows one or two transactions before they close your account and steal your money. There is a youtube video that promotes them called Arbitrage Blick and they are spamming trustpilot with fake good reviews. Its really obvious a bunch of 5 star reviews that all look very similar then a bunch of 1 stars from people who have been scammed.
