John was very prompt and had excellent customer service

Please avoid this company at all costs.
They automatically enrol you in subscription and then don’t answer your emails.
I accidentally given my wrong email when ordered and when I had emailed this to tell them and to tell them to cancel my subscription they said they could do nothing and only the account holder can do this.
Again, I replied I cannot get onto my email and I am the account holder and they are continuing to ignore my messages.
I have sent them a further two emails and they are not replying.
They continue to take money out of your account.
I advise if this has happened to anyone to contact your bank to make them aware of the scam.

I have not seen a big result but . I like the smell. But will continue to use .

Mhina was really helpful in sorting out an order cancellation & refund. She was very understanding, kind and professional.

I bought once and asked to cancel subscription , they are still sending me the product when I’ve continually requested to cancel subscription , if you want to be ripped off buy it , worst experience ever

RUBBISH AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had a reaction asked for a refund and im still waiting for it
customer service just gives excuses back and forth and eventually say they will refund but weeks later im still waiting

Didn’t see the automatic subscription which is added at the check out no option to opt in or out.
Twice money has been taken from my account £96. But after repeatedly saying I wanted a refund the customer service person just kept trying to increase the discount.

Mhina was just amazing! I couldn't find where to remove the recurring fees, probably sent like 4 emails. She was very patient, even sent me screenshots. Truly appreciated it. I will try the product because I deal with facial hair and Mihna just made my purchase decision set all because of great response time and customer service.

I wrote a review last month giving 1 star and was pretty negative about the experience and customer service. But after further communication and the final outcome of a full refund (in two parts in the end) I felt it fair to write another. The issue with the subscription being quite unclear is still an issue but the resolution of a full refund and better customer service by this point meant the situation felt better.

It’s a scam !!!!!
I placed an order and never received the product.
When I contacted customer service, they refused to issue a refund, even though the problem was entirely on their side.
Since then, the company has repeatedly tried to charge my card without authorization.
This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
I strongly advise others to avoid this website, as it appears to operate in a fraudulent manner.

So, as a lot of you write on these reviews, I also experienced the unwanted subscription and money debited from my account which I was very frustrated about. But, the team from Cyper Glow did take that very seriously and reached out to me, apologized and offered me a refund on the last "order" and also said that they are already taking steps to make their subscription process clearer and easier to navigate. It made me feel taken seriously and I appreciate their way of dealing with that. I can only say that I was very positively impressed by them and will for sure order again when I start seeing results (no subscription tho lol)

Scam company . They don't let you return the product for a refund ! Do not buy their products .

Everyone has different skins and I feel as if this has made a difference so I’m continuing with the product as it does make my skin soft. The hair stubble in one area has gone less I’ve noticed.
Like other customers I went through automatic subscription renewal too but after contacting customer service, I was guided how to cancel, pause & stop subscription

I bought this product. I thought I had seen it work for a little. Then I get a notification that I had been signed up for a subscription service I did not see when I paid for my product.

It’s unfortunate to have bumped into yet another company exploiting off women with PCOS.

They won’t respond my emails I’ve tried different ones as well they just keep taking money from me every month

Purchased once and was not made aware that I was signing up to a monthly subscription.

TOTAL GARBAGE! Also they stayed if you were not satisfied, you can get a full refund then they only offer you 10% and then they disappear! TOTAL RAUD TRASH I plan to take them to the federal level as well as as well as Better Business Bureau! They should be outlawed and shut down immediately

The product really works but I have to put it every day. When I stop I notice that my hair start growing again but a lot slower and they are "softer" hairs. The only thing I don't like is this subscription. I prefer to order when I want and the quantity I want.

After two weeks I can already feel the growth get softer and more sparse. Looking forward to more progress and finally being hair free

I tried buying this product once. First of all, the site changed my address completely and sent it to my home town 600km away, and second, the transaction keeps coming out of my account!! I have looked everywhere through all the emails I receive and cannot find anywhere it says it should be reoccurring or can be cancelled/sent back/refunded/unsubscribed from. And I certainly didn’t buy a reoccurring order because that something I never so personally. Its taken $110 extra dollars out of my account and resent 2 products, neither of which I’ve received because again, they’ve been sent to my home town (I can’t even rectify the addy anywhere!)

To make matters worse, I haven’t seen an ounce of different from using their products.
