Damaged BBQ
I ordered a BBQ set for my dad and spent nearly £250. The item arrived quickly and communication was good however the bbq itself was damaged. The legs were completely covered in scratches, as well as the base and the sides. The paint was coming off and was just not up to standards. I contacted the company who stated ‘it did not affect the function of the bbq’. Although it may not, i would not expect to spend money on an item to come covered in scratches. After some communication, we settled on a £40 gift card however it is still disappointing to have a brand new item that is damaged. Maybe in future it is necessary to conduct some quality checks before sending out orders.
