Used Cyrcl bikes since April 2022..
I have used Cyrcl since April 2022 and have been satisfied with its services until today. Today, while renting an e-bike in Sofia with Cyrcl, I locked the e-bike from the app and concluded the session. I got confirmation from the app that it was concluded and assumed that it was safe to leave the e-bike where I parked it. Additionally, the e-bike's dashboard didn’t appear to be on after locking the bike and I did hear the bike being locked.
To my surprise after getting home, and checking the app after 2 hours or so, I found out that the app did not conclude the rental session and therefore, I had to conclude the session from my home address, which did happen thankfully. Additionally, for this rental, 25 leva was taken off my bank account which was supposed to be an amount of approximately 5 leva as I had a short trip within my neighbourhood.
I am incredibly disappointed with this situation as I have used Cyrcl's bikes since April 2022 and had a lot of trust in this business and I have at this point used their services for 2 years. Due to this situation, however, I don't see myself using their services again.
