WARNING: Sent warranty parts to a stranger in Athens, customer service is ghosting me!

I am writing this to warn other buyers. After raising issues with my new e-bike, customer support promised me in writing via chat that my warranty replacement parts would be delivered directly to my address in Crete. Instead, they completely messed up the logistics and shipped the parts from China to the Greek mainland. The package has now been delivered to a totally unknown person in Athens. Cyrusher refuses to fix their own mistake. They expect me to contact the shipping company myself and have now gone completely silent (ghosting). According to EU law, the seller bears the transit risk. This is the worst after-sales service I have ever experienced.
