Phenix Egyptian Rugs.
On the First of August I visited Idalia Cyrus Rugs store.
I found the sales person, Dilmi, very friendly and helpful in making my decision.
She spent her time to show me what was available in store.
I have decided to buy Egyptian Rug Phenix for my kitchen. When I have seen how nice it looks in my kitchen I decided to buy small one which wasn't available in the store. But that was not a problem Dilmi ordered the rug for me and after 3weeks I got it.Thank you Dilmi for your fantastic service. Thank you Cyrus Rugs Idalia for looking after customers.

Employee (idalia) was condescending and ignorant with her service when returning items. The assistant took half an hour to calculate a refund of money as she found difficult to calculate and would not take my suggestion on board nor listen to my solution. Ieft the store in a disatissfied manner.
In contrast I have found the Domain store to be very accommodating and friendly and in particular my dealings with Amiee.
