There’s nothing like great customer service. It’s refreshing to walk into a store where the staff know their product and what would look good in your home. We were very happy with the help we received in choosing the rug for our difficult space. The rug is beautifully made and we couldn’t be happier.

I purchased a rug online, very excited. Was not cheap but was on sale. It arrived, the colour was different to advertised, it stunk like chemicals (did not feel safe for pets), it's hard, not a carpet material, and had a fault, thread loosely hanging out of the middle of it next to a stain. I contacted them and they tried to charge me, not only to return a faulty item, but ALSO for the cost of "free shipping" (deducted from what I paid) in order to return it. This is very clearly I'm breach of consumer law. Not only is the rug AWFUL, but they are using illegal tactics to try to sell faulty products. Extremely disappointed

Ability to “try” a rug. In case if it's not right for you for one reason or another, Cyrus rugs giving you an option to exchange it.

I had a particular boho look I wanted to update my bedroom then went looking on line. Cyrus Rugs had exactly what I wanted. A quick trip up the road to see the real thing and it was a done deal. The ladies in the shop were most helpful and ordered in the size I wanted. It's now on the floor and I just love it.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating in assisting me to choose a rug. They were also very knowledgeable about the rugs, how they were made and the region they came from. It was very helpful being able to try the rug in my home first before purchase. We love the rug we chose it, is a beautiful addition to our home.

Helpful customer service, very good quality rugs at a fair price, my choice was not available at Mt Gravatt store so staff member (Hasti) called another store and have them send my choice of rug and hall runner to Mt Garvatt which I was apply to collect within a few days.
