Never received item horrible bought in December of last year ordered rex the wheelchair pup from paw patrol meant a lot to my son and they scammed us 50 bucks! You people suck!!

Took my money and months later nothing arrived and no-one answered my emails!!!!!
I will give -1 star for this scam company, I was waiting for over 2 months for my order and in the end it was delivered to my mailbox, which was actually a big lie and when I contacted them via email answer was this is never happened before and promise to resolve the issue in 3-5 days plus some gift to me, after they never reply to my emails..

1 star is too good for these guys. Ordered 2 items on 19th January 2026. Needed urgently for work. €86.00 It is now 23rd February, nothing has arrived and I get weird emails when I chase which are not addressed to anyone, do not show the order number and say contact us but show no signature, name or contact details. SCAM. STEER WELL AWAY.
