I have been dealing with an ongoing issue with Dare to Be Different for two years, and it has become beyond frustrating. When I signed up for the cauliflower pizza subscription, it clearly stated that there was free cancellation and that I could cancel at any time.
I requested to cancel the subscription two years ago. Despite that, I continue to be charged every three months and shipped products I did not authorize and do not want.
I have called the phone number listed, sent multiple emails to the customer service address provided on the order confirmations, disputed the charges with my bank, and even attempted to block the transactions. Not once have I received a response. No call back. No email reply. Nothing. It feels like I’m talking to a brick wall.
The company continues to charge me and send packages despite repeated attempts to cancel. After two years of this, it is completely unacceptable.
