It use to be a good site but it is like the system is hacked. There is a new pay metohde and it sends you sometime on to a russian pay server. And when you have to accept on the mobile the price are insane and 10 times more than the price are shown on the page.

Slow delivery and never reimbursed after 26+ hour wait time.

I like how user friendly the website is setup, it makes it very easy to navigate through the categories and realms. Not only that though, the prices are always competitive, if not about 99% of the time, they are cheaper than every other website i know of to purchase gear for the games i play. But thats not the reason why I'm here... Deniz.. I specifically came here to make sure this person gets the credit where its due... No matter what it took, how long it took, or how much i kept saying hold on, or ill be right back, or going on a walk with my dog in the middle of being helped, the issue got handled. I'm talking hours, Deniz made sure to reply to me in a manageable time, with a answer i could work with. Every issue was taken care of, and then some, and i feel like not only was i taken care of, I was compensated aswell, both by how i was treated, as well as making up for the time waiting for items. Thank you for the website, and thank you for having amazing customer support. And once again, for the 10th time, thank you Deniz.

I was slightly skeptical of buying from them due to some reviews but it worked out very well. Delivery was swift and spot on! Service is great!

Did a few purchases and they were done and delivered in under 15 minutes. Not sure how it was done so fast all the time but I love it. Plus cheap prices

I've played d2 since it came out. I still love the game but have no where near the time it takes to really play the game and grind for everything I once had. This site is by far 10-STARS. I made an order for less than $20 and got a plethora of items. Some items were delivered immediately where some rune words took a little longer to deliver. were talking withing an hour or two. Beside they gave me some nice free items for the very short wait if any I had. I would recommend this site to anyone who never was sure about these sites. This one is LEGIT and I will definitely use them again if I desire an unobtainable item again.

It was much better in December. These days (January) You have to wait for each order for days, then You will get free um for Your patience. My current order has "Delivery in progress" status for 3 days now, previous orders from January had around 2 days of delay. Prices are not bad tho.

"24 hour guarantee" is a joke. Couldn't process my order at all, and I had to argue with the service people in order to get a refund. Would not recommend to anyone, will never use again.

Fast delivery and even got some gift items! Very good service!

Initially had an issue checking out due to a bug with the coupon. The csr was very helpful in resolving the issue. Once the order went through the items were delivered in less than 10 minutes. They also sent a few extra runes that I didn't purchase, which was nice. Will use this site again for any D2 purchases in the future. Highly recommended.
