Amazing service
Sally was amazing helping and extremely supportive and professional!
I was coming off my duty and running late and she managed to sort the timing out. The medical was straightforward and she was the best I’ve ever had in talking me through the D2 form and all the steps I needed to do! I would 💯 % recommend her services!

Dr. Sally helped me complete my medical declaration form a year ago, and recently I needed further clarification on that same form. Even after all that time had passed, she was incredibly helpful and responsive. She took the time to assist me again without any hesitation.
