I have played on this site for years, it takes a lot of money to win anything, but 11 days ago I was playing Kronos and won over £600.00 pounds, when I came out of the game my balance was still the same it did not include the win, I logged in and out a few times and it still had not gone on my account, I got straight onto support, they told me the game was stuck and to clear my cache, whilst still talking to them she said the game had cleared and the funds should be in my account in half an hour.
I checked again in a couple of hours and still nothing, I have had loads of Emails back and forth with customer services and they now say 11 days later that no such game exists, I'm sorry but I dont make things up, I know I played the game and won, and the customer services saw the stuck game.
But party Casino have said no game exists and I'm supposed to leave it at that. I will not leave it at that, its not a tenner its £600, £600 that I won and I would like paid into my account.
