I have tried to reach them for over a month now, regarding a problem with my Bob, but I have had no response. The messenger chat has been turned off, apparently and I have had no response on email or on the customer service form on the website. The warranty is still valid, so I will just have to keep trying. Getting a bad feeling about this, tho...

Neat dishwasher.
The dishwasher works great. It gives me a piece of mind i didn't know i needed. It's quick, quiet and fits more than one think. Specially since you can Tetris the layout of the holders in the basket for your needs. My only beef the dishwasher is the cutlery basket. I wish I could buy a smaller one that about half the size of the standard one since I seldomly fill it completely and could use that little extra space for further Tetris perfection.
Doing the payment through Klarna took some time and left me in an unsure limbo for a while since I saw the money drawn, but DAAN tech hadn't received the money, but once it had gone through (about 5 bank days) the shipping was quick.
I had to contact support which was quick to answer the email. The issue was the metal rod in the middle of the basket for middle support wasn't inserted and I was unsure what it was for. I also didn't receive the bobcasette as advertised. That didn't matter much for me though since I had intended to use powder instead, I just had to scurry to buy it right away instead of later.

After a lot of research, I decided to buy a Bob.
Packaging was sturdy, no damage. Good communication.
Bob itself is awesome. The short program perfect for cups and mugs.

Affordable and doing it's job.
Nice dishwasher. Late on delivery though. Nice to not having to need water-connection and not needing an outlet since you just put it in the sink. High price. Overall it's what i expect from the product. Nothing more. Nothing less. Good in a cabin.

I am so happy that I cancelled the one I had ordered from Villamasion in Sweden and bought through you - you mad me very happy. I had waited for the one I first bought for more then three months it took less then 14 for yours to arrive. Now Bob is a very nice friend in the kitchen and very useful and with fantastic results.
