There has been a change of ownership at Dab Headz.
The service is very friendly, prices are fair, delivery is efficient and promotional discount offers are available at times. I look forward to seeing this business grow, as the products are of the highest quality but stock ranges are a bit limited at the moment.

I am very happy with my purchase. Very quick, well secured and great communication from the beginning. Plus unexpected little freebie. I am about to make another purchase in next 10 min. Great service. Surprised with some bad reviews as for me TOP class service. Thank you guys

Ive just paid for 50 ccells and I haven’t even received an order confirmation! I feel like i just got scammed out of £86! He’s not responding either. DO NOT PURCHASE!

My first and only order - two black ccell batteries. I charged both for 2 hours as recommended. Both don't work. On one, the charge light is always green - even with zero power. On both after a full charge, I might get 10 puffs from either before they need recharging again.

Ordered over £100 worth of items and it was just problems from the start also my second time ordering.. Second time i Paid for 24 hours delivery that didn't come... Waited 5 days for the said items to arrive second time. Vendor blamed royal mail, when i could see from tracking it was being posted to them and even that took 2 days also i use royal mail daily.. And received +sent many many 24 hours delivery packages without issues.. The one time i had an issue postage was refunded .. At no point was any refund offered on postage from this vendor. That's Their choice i guess.. "Not good for business" anyways.. The items arrive.. And some of it was just no use to me.. By no means low quality.. But still no use.. So i asked for a return which wasn't an issue... I return the items 24 hours delivery out of my own pocket a further £.7.50 on top of the £6 i had already paid for next day that didn't come... Again.. Not offered a refund .. But also my item arrived with the vendor next day 0 problems ( i kept the tracking info and followed his package back.. Most definitely not the same way he sent it to me .. Anyways after all this i am still awaiting my refund on items i ordered over a week ago (only processed as i wrote this) and by time i do get the money i lost about 14/18 days time... If you can afford to wait a while for anything.. Then sure use this vendor.. Do not pay them next day.. They do not send it this way... Tbh the guy seems like he really just can't be bothered and will cut corners when possible.. I was gonna abstain from this review If even the postage cost on return was offered.. But it wasn't .. Sorry chap
