I ordered 2 items - they turned up weeks later and do not fit .. I have contacted customer service and they have offered $8 and for me to keep the items !! Completely shocked 😮 ..

This cheap Chinese company also goes under the name of Gavlina. They say the clothing is made in USA but in actual fact it is all made in China. For sure it is a scam! Be warned….don’t buy anything from them!!

You were so kind when the dress went missing in the post. I really appreciate it . I reordered the dress and will wear it a lot. I love it.

I ordered 4 shirts from Daccla. I read reviews and looked up there return policy as I have been burned before from similar companies. I received the shirts which looked nothing like what I had seen in the pictures. same colors but the style looked different . I ordered large and xlarge knowing that they were made in another country and would probably run small. Omg they are like size small with a large tag on the shirt. They are not as cute as the pics. I tried to return but was told via email that I could take a picture and send it but if there wasnt anything physically wrong with the shirts they wouldnt take them back . so $147 dollars later and waiting 2 months to get the shirts I cannot return them. Then just last week I received an email from this company wondering how I liked the shirts ! Seriously 6 months later. Be careful when ordering from companies that arent in the US .

Loved part of my order. One of the dresses was not true to size. Great summer wear.

I was so excited to receive my dress for our Christmas party last year. When it arrived, it was definitely NOT what I thought. I ordered a small, and it was GIGANTIC. The fit was nothing like in the picture and by reference of the women in the picture wearing the dress, I am roughly the same size as her. When I asked to return, customer service told me I couldn't return unless there was something physically wrong with the dress (tear or rip). Don't buy this dress unless you have someone who can take it apart and sew it back together to fit you properly.
