Service was great! My Earth Love Paisley Dress is perfect for me! I am a 63 year old young woman! I love this dress. I am 5’2” , weigh 115, 36-28-37, and bought a S. The dress fit me perfectly. The dress falls below my knee and looks great with heels & knee high boots. I am so excited to wear this dress out, it’s casual or can be dressed up.

Love the designs of the sweaters I ordered.
In regards to shipping, I am a bit disappointed as it appears the items were shipped from China as opposed what was noted on the website as coming from the US or the UK. it clearly showed a Chinese address. Since this is the case, sizing is a bit off but they still fit well just not as baggy or slouchy as the sweater should be. Overall the quality of the sweaters are good and the pricepoint is good too.

At first I was very worried about the quality of clothes especially because it took so long to arrive. I was pleasantly surprised how nice the clothes were and how well they fit. I will defiantly shop here again.

They are perfect! I wish the sweater was a bit longer but it's awesome!

I ordered two shirts and a dress. Everything fit great! Received a lot of compliments on my new shirt yesterday.

The quality far exceeded my expectations!! Only gave four stars because the shipping is out 30 plus days. Now that I know this I will still order again with the understanding it will take that long to arrive

I love the sweaters and the quality is nice. My order was mailed out quickly. The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars it's because the ad/website said it would mail from America. After I ordered, it said some items may come from from Europe. Well both my sweaters came from Europe which is a slower in mail and they did not arrive in time for my trip.

On Sept 18, 2021, I placed an order for 3 dresses, $106.97. They finally arrived Oct 21st. None of them fit me. I asked how to return and they offered me $15!!! Yes, I took a chance on this company! I got burned!!! Buyer beware!!!

we are really sorry that you are not satisfied with the items. we can compensate you part of the amount. We are willing to offer you $15 US dollars refund as a compensation. Is that OK?

Ordering on line was great. Items were nice but just did not like the material on me. I sent email to return department (which says everything can be returned) and I am told they will only give me 19 dollars of the 97 I spent however I can keep the items. I responded back I did not want to keep the items and was told the max return amount was 28 dollars or I could pay the VERY high shipping cost to return to Dubai. I think they need to make this clearer in their website! So be sure what you order is what you want! Won’t be using them again nor will I suggest them to anyone else!! On website at the top it states “free return within 30 days”. False statement!!

The dress I received is absolutely beautiful and of great quality! It took a long time to arrive but customer service was excellent and always answered my questions. It was definitely worth the wait!

Nothing is true to size, too small. Received a snagged sweater, they refuse to respond to my request to return or send a return shipping label. Product takes weeks and weeks to get. Don't do business with this company. UPDATE 11/9/21 They never sent me a shipping label to return 2 sweaters, they emailed me this "the cost to send my sweaters to Dubai will out way the reward for $88 credit". Shipping label came from NY. Unfortunetly, I ordered more sweaters right after this order. Took over 1 month to get, one sweater has a high neck, it's stretched out so badly at the top of the neck and looks like it's ready to fray. I will suck this up to another $90 wasted. Buyer beware!

Be advised! This company does not allow returns unless there is a quality issue. Terrible customer service. Will not buy from a company with this type of return policy.
