Ordered a number of items on Tuesday which were delivered on Thursday. Very happy with the goods purchased and the service provided.

This is a SCAM company . I am truly appalled by the service! I have ordered сало. (3 packs) and they have send me all of them nearly out of date ! It would normally last for a very long time and the fact that it’s nearly out of date, means that it was on their shelves forever and they just tried to get rid of it at the cost of their customer, which means their reputation means nothing to them. I will not ever buy anything from them again and will spread the word amongst my friends.

I visited the store for the first time today - it was absolutely incredible. Immediately I was impressed by the cleanliness, organisation, selection of products and the professionalism of the staff. They highlighted some special offers, made recommendations and just in time a fresh baked tray of pastries arrived from the back - absolutely exceptional quality. So glad I found it!!! I definitely will be be visiting regularly.

There are not just Russian products but also high quality goods that I recognised from Poland, Latvia and Lithuania.

Eastern European food done to an exceptional standard - I would encourage everyone to visit it.

The brand of sparkling mineral water at the back of the store rejuvenation. Very pleased the shop is just round the corner. If you are you in Chelsea or West London it is a major must visit place.

I ordered online for delivery. I ordered 6 items and received 3 for a 50% success rate!
2 out of stock and 1 wrong order. It took weeks to get a refund. They don't answer emails and prefer to call you as it doesn't leave a paper trail/evidence. The only problem is the person calling me initially couldn't speak english. Kinda dumb.
Expensive goods, expensive shipping, poor service and I will not be using again.

Great shop, with a variety of products, homemade food, and lovely staff.

Bought two potato and mushroom Pirozhki, absolute rubbish, all pastry no filling. I took photos but no way to post on here

Every time I go, I buy something not fresh. After our last visit my child ended with vomiting and diarrheal. Even the chocolate taste not fresh.

The atmosphere and good food were relaxing. It was a pleasure to have dinner. Great food and staff. Great atmosphere.

Recently I've visited this shop for the second time to get some of my favorite things and finally to try homemade food. Their russian cheesecake "Zapekanka" and herring salad is simply amazing! I'm also grateful for the recommended wine by their staff. Thank you very much guys and I wish you all the best!
