Thanks for the feedback, we sometimes get backlogs in delivery and as a small business this can be a challenge at peak times. Our average dispatch time is around 4 days at the moment and we hope to improve on that.

Album came well packaged and in good condition. Very pleased with it. Delivery was slower than I had expected but that was in no way detrimental to the purchase and quality of my order. Will definately be buying again.

Great service and brilliant idea
Great service and brilliant idea, but there is so much rubbish. I collect vinyl, you use the rock filter...hey presto Cliff Richard turns up and other garbage.
I would love to work on a site like this, and discard a lot of the rubbish.
I have been lucky , and found a few good items, but not many.

Outstanding customer care
Ordered two vinyl LPs and two CDs. Received swiftly. Unfortunately, the wrong CD was sent but one email and within a few days I had the correct one with the request to donate the incorrect one to charity. Quick, polite and excellent service
