Bought the magnetic clips. I really like them. But after 2 wears, the magnets fell out and DAFNI refused to stand by their product after the 30 day return window, I will never buy from them again. Buyer beware.
Ordered the clips for me and my sister. Didn't get to use them because I was in the middle of a big military move, and by the time I used them we both noticed the magnets fell out of their sockets. Unfortunately it was past the 30 days they can help us replace it/fix it. Won't buy again waste of money!
Terrible clips and just as bad customer service. If you want your hair to look like a hot mess, go ahead and buy these. They seem great in theory, but they're awful. Oh, and you can't return them! The site says 30 days, but that only applies to the hot tools?! Then when you contact customer service you'll wait over a week (I waited 9 days) to even get a response, and then when I did, it wasn't even from a real person. Worse company to come around in a long time!
Terrible customer service
I had a mistake in my address. I corrected it multiple times through email. Never received the product. Customer service was terrible. Don’t do business with this company.
I decided to buy their clips as an impulse buy. I immediately regretted it because I didn’t do any research. I anticipated having to fight the charge because I figured it might be from a Chinese company. I was relieved when I got the shipment sent email the next day. I got the clips just a few days after that. (I’m in the US) And the clips were actually cute!
