Hw95 replaced today by Joe. Excellent service, nothing too much trouble. Joe was very helpful throughout and is a credit to Dai Leisure. A special mention to Mark and Paul for their assistance. Well done everyone. Highly recommended definitely worth a visit.

Went there the other night, very impressed, they let me look around at everything then had one to one asked me if had anything in mind, educated me on the ammo, and after awhile we put a whole package together, Paul and Mark sorted me out, I left very happy customer!

This is how to run a business. I have ordered air rifles on 2 occasions from DAI and the service was perfect. I would write more but the overwhelming number of 5 star reviews says it all. Yes 5 star service and I will be making more purchases from DAI

This is the first time I have used DAI, but it won’t be the last. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone as I found them very informative , honest, great communicators and true to their word. Also the delivery was made by a very well mannered and friendly guy and his stated time of delivery was spot on.
This is a genuine experience and not false one, I have not been paid by this company it is based solely on my own experience .

Only the second time I have been to Dai Leisure. First time too look at a particular air rifle. Was there a lot longer then expected as the staff and the customers were friendly and very helpful. So much so that my second visit was to collect an air rifle, that I had purchased of there website. It was put together for me, zeroed and I was shown how to use it and put it on their range to get use to it. Brilliant service.

I regularly shoot at the range at D.A.I. because the staff are helpful and friendly. My H.W.97 became jammed after a pull through string snapped and clogged the barrel end up. After nearly an hour of trying by Mark and Paul, Paul finally came up with the solution to solve the jam. His experience and determination saved the day; and saved me money. Mark then reset the scope. TOP MAN PAUL. The man understands guns.

Had a fault with a product bought at a show, sent back on Monday and brand unit received by Wednesday...... You don't get than that!!!!

Went to visit this company on the 1/3/25 and wanted my air rifle sighted from the very outset of speaking to someone a man the person seemed to be acting strangely I was completely taken aback when he said to me if I had played with myself today I couldn’t believe what I was hearing and he made theses comments a number of times and also suggested that the other persons out the back of shop had been smoking marijuana and drinking It’s unbelievable that someone can speak to a old man of 67 years of age like this I was being polite and respectful The behaviour of the person speaking to me is unacceptable I don’t expect to be treated rudely like this and talked to like this I can only assume he was under the influence of drugs or alcohol I only wish I could have recorded this conversation to upload to internet and show this company behaviour I will not be using their services again just to let everyone know that the language he used was a lot stronger then I am permitted to show here
Just a update to my original post about this company D A I leisure I received a telephone call from them today 26/3/25 and spoke to a man named Elliott he stated that the person who served myself on the day in question was not a member of he’s staff and was only helping out in the shop because they felt sorry for him because he had some illness and was stuck at home all the time and that he had a meltdown when he was serving me because of low blood sugar I find this very disturbing that this man should be allowed to be handling air rifles and any other weapons when he’s not even a member of staff furthermore he is the person who took my air rifle to the range upstairs to site it in. supposedly seriously ill I put all this to Elliot who kept repeating himself about this gentleman was not a member of staff and he had low blood sugars and he had lots of problems with his health then why have him in your store? He’s a danger to the public. I said to Elliot we were getting nowhere he kept repeating himself and he told me to piss off Charming I told him I would not take my post down I personally would not take a rifle to them ever again or give them any business. I hope this has been useful for some people because it’s a true account. What happened? Obviously they’re not pleased. I will not retract from My post comment john Foley.

Went to see them for the first time today and must admit i was very impressed. Not many RFD dealers where im based and the ones that are leave much to be desired, I digress. Anyway Mark & Elliot were so helpful in helping me to choose a rifle and all the accessories. Ive been shooting professionally and nowadays as a hobby for the last 35 years and the trade is full of snake oil and BS. Not these guys, service was superb and Mark & Elliot are a credit to the business. The deal they gave me was excellent and after reading the one negative review im wondering that he is even genuine and not another dealer. Anyway thanks for all my kit. £3000 lighter but feel ive had a great deal and i will be back soon. ATB

Great bunch of guys. I’ve bought quite a few rifles off these in the past and will continue to use them in the future. Been to other gun retailers and found them rude and unfriendly. Part exchanged my Wolverine R today and walked out of the store with a new rifle. Really pleased and I can’t recommend this place enough. Lots of choice and will always make time for you. Knowledgeable and great service. Good range there as well. Don’t bother with the others and give this place a go. The one star review I can’t believe at all. Most likely another RFD. Always answered the phone and never had any issues with delivery.

Wow. What a great RFD. I’d been to a few other gun shops locally and all of them was either miserable as hell and rude or if you was just looking, they lost interest in you. No names mentioned but the worst was in Brierley Hill on the Dudley Road. Went to one in Bromsgrove and they wasn’t much better.
DAI LEISURE could not do enough for me. Many thanks to Elliot & Mark for helping me choose my new FX Impact M4 in copper. They even have a shooting range upstairs where you can test your new rifle out. How amazing is that. Really genuine guys with a true passion for the hobby. Will be using you guys exclusively now.
