Absolutely fantastic company, incredibly inviting atmosphere and welcoming staff, even the customers are unbelievably helpful, even met a lovely fella called Gordon I think, who helped me immensely by guiding me to the pre owned section, as a peasant this provided me some excellent airgun at a very affordable price, and I could not be happier with the service I got, if you're in Birmingham and are looking for an airgun or accessory of any kind, I BEG you, visit DAI leisure, the staff (and customers) will answer any questions you have to the best of their vast ability, and if you're not an a**ehole, you might have a chuckle along the way,
In conclusion, this is now my new favourite company and I might just be popping in to show my face and have a laugh.

Direct human contact for a recent online purchase was a breath of fresh air. From the phone call to inform me of the delivery date and approx time to the special praise for Paul who called forty minutes in advance and arrived at my door precisely when he said he would. Could've chatted for hours but he had many more miles to travel. He represented everyone else at DAI I've encountered so far. I was so impressed that I've gone ahead and made another purchase that I hadn't planned to do until later on in the year.

DAI is long-term excellent. Driver Paul just delivered three lovely new guns to me, bang on time.
I've had a few purchases & deliveries from DAI and always been 100% delighted. Paul the delivery chap is so spot on, he phones you the day before giving a 2 hour slot, and again around 30 to 40 mins before arriving - a really clever feat since he is delivering for hundreds of miles daily with all the problems that can come up on our roads - no surprises then that he was born on the anniversary of D-Day, the best organised armed logistical plan ever!!
I am a good few hours away from DAI but Paul always makes it seem like he's coming from down the street.
Once, when a gun went wrong solely due to my error (left CO2 cylinder installed), DAI collected the gun free of charge and Paul delivered a brand new replacement with 20 x Co2 carts and some BBs, completely free.

Order and processing was efficient and easy to follow. Too often these days companies let themselves down with the delivery process, not DAI. Paul the delivery driver called the day before and on the day to say he was inbound and on time despite the atrocious weather conditions. Good experience, now lm off to have fun with my purchase!!

An exceptional company. I ordered a CO2 pistol online, and quickly rang the company, to check what size case I would need. Very friendly advice given, and I added my case to my order. Delivery, to the far West of Wales, was remakably quick.(Only £19.95). And delivered by a chap called Paul, who was very knowledgable, and friendly as well. I will shortly be ordering another pistol, from this great company. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
