Aftersales was a bad experience.

The size of the pants I ordered was too small because the sizing chart was confusing at best. There was no reference at all for the waistline, which is the most important part. When I asked to trade the pants in for a different size I was told to simply return the one I had and order a new one. Issue here is that the pants jumped up in price in that two week period. So I asked if they could offer me the same price as the first time, but the sales rep refused. This whole thing could have been prevented if the sizing chart was more useful.

The whole ordering process and delivery went very smooth and I'm happy in that regard. Aftersales is something they could definitely improve because I'm not happy at all with the way things were handled and I'll be returning this pair and buying somewhere else that has a better return policy.

Fair priced windscreen which
Came in a crushed cardboard box
And a bubbblebag...no further paper protection or airbags !

Luckily it survived.
