The bouquet was exactly like the picture! And it was bigger than I thought it would be. Also they actually wrote the note perfectly in portuguese!

Delivered a box of broken glass to my wife.
When I asked for a refund they had no emotion. Only refunded half after that. Terrible company. Dont use.
This is scam.Do not have any bussiness with them.I have sent flowers to my niece in Swiss.she never got it and it was imposible to contact them.

Complete disaster. My 70€ flowers were never delivered. I chased the order for 3 days, never had any chance to get an answer from the customer service. Sent many mails, tried to call many times... and finally gave up. This service is extremely bad, maybe dishonest, too. Never again!
So I'm sat here on my wedding anniversary and my wife has no flowers, they will be delivered in 3 days though which is really helpful. Tried to find a contact number or email on their website but it seems there is no way of contacting them. Absolutely useless.
Please avoid. I paid for a bouquet, a bottle of wine and a card to be sent to my mum on mother's day. What happened? No delivery, no communication and no REFUND! This is so unacceptable. What's worse is even via phone call they are unreachable. I even sent them a direct email as well as an Instagram post. Still no reply. I am very VERY disappointed.

Despite all the negative reviews of this place, the roses I ordered arrived with my girlfriend next day as advertised. Very well packaged and 0 damage. Absolutely beautiful.
My only negative is a lack of communication on the companies end, as the invoice and tracking emails arrived late, and then the supposed delivery date didn’t match what Daily-Flowers stated.
Overall however, great price compared to other flower websites.

Terrible!! Christmas delivery was late by 6 days!! Worst part was that the flower package was sitting in a warehouse just a few streets away from the delivery address during those 6 days. Furthermore, a birthday flower delivery that I had made a few months before, was delivered with a helium balloon deflated in a bag!! Completely unacceptable, I would avoid at all costs!
No flowers and no refund! AVOID
Ordered flowers online, they failed to deliver them and told be 2 days after they were supposed to be there.
They incorrectly claimed the address was wrong.
They then offered 10% off my next order.. of course I wasn't going to spend another 50CHF on non-existent flowers.
Should have offered a refund.
Not 1 star, because to be fair they did reply quite quickly!
