I love finding out the best ways to use my points, especially the heads up on current transfer bonuses and transfer partners! Plus, I'm a fan of Mike's humor!

Performance in Daily Drop Pro on our request for the personalized help with a specific business class flight need was late (due to "holidays" - but no advance warning), the response was incredibly complex, and by being late we missed some deals we had submitted in plenty of time for. It was really bad.
On the other hand, the daily updates and the various "cheat sheets" are quite helpful in learning about the points & miles world.

I like that the daily newsletter is short and has fresh content each day.

I only give it a 4 because I am still new at this and learning how to navigate the site. So far it looks good .

You’re more organized and to the point than others I follow.

Rick at Daily Drop did a great job helping me with a points redemption strategy for a trip to Tokyo. The search he did and the way he conveyed the results in a video were beyond my expectations…in a good way! 🙂

I’ve picked up a few tips by reading this newsletter. As a retiree who books tours with groups, a lot of the info does not apply to me. My home airport is dominated by one large airline and deals are few and far between. The tip for using Junova to check pricing for airfares already booked did save me $120. So it has been worth my time to read the newsletter every day.

I was very satisfied with the value of the tickets found and they gave me valuable tips for day trips o was asking about to reduce the stress of planning my trip 😊

Not every email is relevant to my specific situation, but all are interesting and informative. Thanks!

I was able to use Daily pro to book a flight to Portugal for a great price because I had my home airport listed in my profile for the deal. I was flexible with my dates and my itinerary, so it worked out.
However, I am a bit confused about how to use Daily Pro and need to spend the time to learn.

It would be helpful to have more search tools/filters. I am not happy with my purchase and went back to my old ways of searching for frequent flyer tickets, which is directly with the airline and/or using Google flights and Expedia to search. I love Kara and Nate and wanted to support them, but in the end just wasted both time and money. Sorry, Kids.

I like the daily emails. I learned a lot about using points and miles for travel. I used daily drop pro frequently. That saved me time in booking hotels and flights.

This is an amazing response! I appreciate the video and the written version. The options are spectacular. However, you may have missed one of my later posts where I say that I goofed and to feel free to use my error with your subscribers. I transferred about 75K UR points to Marriot thinking I could transfer to Atmos, which you can, just not at a 1:1 ratio... it's 3:1 , which blows!
