Dudes are power calling me 6 times for a 60 dollar order. Broke wanna be g losers.

Horrible company to deal with. I bought 2 vapes. One stopped working with the entirety of product in it. They wouldn't return, replace the product. After 5 days of trying to reach them I was given a 7 dollar credit in points and they would not return the vape. Unprofessional, unreliable, awful to deal with. Stay away there are so many better companies

First order was smooth had great experience however my second time ordering they processed the payment TWICE it came out of my bank then they insisted I hadn't paid and demanded that I send a 3rd payment via etransfer to receive my order. They were ZERO help when I stated I already paid and it went threw TWICE. now I'm fighting with them and my bank to get back the original and the double payment back seeing as they refuse to complete my already paid for order! Horrible company with Horrible customer service. I would never recommend ordering off these scammers! All they care about is getting your money and don't care if you get the products you paid for!

They put the price $35 on a ounce of hash after I told them i wanted one.

They system missed the freebies, but when i contacted them they did their best to fix it and indeed! they delived what promised that same day!

I ordered cash on delivery. As listed, I would receive a free joint. I did not. Flower came in an aluminum packet, was stiff to feel and had zero fragrance. Lord knows how long this weed has been sitting in this packet. Exemplification: B.C Cannabis stores can hold weed for up to 2-3 years - this felt and smelt older. It takes a lot to disappoint me - I'm sort of an "oh well" person but this is nuts. How are people still ordering from this crappy service? Jesus Christ on a tricycle. It gets worse.
The 7grams I ordered looked more like an eighth and for the 20 dollar delivery fee...never again. I thought it'd be alright if I got a discount, ironically, the discount was low quality and not the right weight. I feel like calling you guys back but doing so would be a waste of oxygen because you're not going to change. Something went downhill in these past two years based on previous reviews. I suggest you fix it. From someone who orders more than 2 ounces a week and had to use another service due to circumstance, you've lost me entirely. This business practice is subpar and I would even go as far as to say shopping at BCCS is a better option, (oh God).
I would recommend trying services that have a 50 dollar minimum instead of this service's listed 100 dollar minimum.
