Great Basics to start my wardrobe

Having never done anything like this before, I was not sure what to expect. The entire process was super easy. I really like how I received an email to review the items in my box before they shipped. This feature alone was impressive, and now that I feel more comfortable sharing my opinions, I know this feature will be even more helpful. So far, this entire process has been a delight!

They totally get me!
My stylist does such a great job of selecting clothes that fit MY style but elevating it. The clothes are more expensive than I would typically buy, but the quality is worth it, and I actually wear the clothes all the time in lots of different ways!

My expectations of a shopping service is to receive items to try that fit a profile I've provided so I dont have to spend days of my life shopping. This is not rocket science, but it does take excellent customer-centric business practices and products to pull it off well. I use three different shopping services currently. DAILYLOOK is the top-end. The reps rare very responsive and the whole company genuinely seems to care that I enjoy the service and have a good experience.
I did send a whole box back one time so my stylist worked with me to adjust my preferences and get back on track. I am rather picky about clothes so I know it won't be 100% perfect every time. Thats okay with me, because the biggest win is that I don't have to set foot in a store ever again unless I want to!

Signed up, never received a box but they sure took my money….no customer service to reach out to..,,scam

Out of all the subscription styling companies, Daily Look far exceeds competitors in value, and service.

Customer service is 10 out 10, 100% of the time. Every issue or concern I’ve had has been addressed and resolved successfully and in a reasonable time frame.

I continue to recommend them over their competitors to anyone that may ask.

I really enjoy the clothing sent in my box. Some of it is just right for me and some not my style. It is easy to return the items I do not want to keep. I just wish I could buy the items I find in my favorites separately, if I wanted to order them. This is one feature I really enjoy with Stitch Fix. I think you would sell a lot more clothing if this feature was enabled.

The clothes are of great quality and a great fit!!! The price point can be a little too high at times.

Nina is my stylist, she has done a great job, I may not keep all the pices but I have kept at least 3 pieces from each box. I love this because you can try on different styles you may never try otherwise, and if you work a ton of hours like I do this is so great, it gives me time to try on the pieces and decide if I need to add certain shoes and all of the pieces have been very versatile, literally can go with anything you may already have! Dailylook gets 5 stars and so does my stylist Nina. Would give more if I could!! I personally don't care for subscriptions but this one I love, you get credits towards items or towards your purchases. The clothing is made extremely well and you can chabge how many times or how often you get your box. Win win!! I have had this subscription almost a year I believe and I just love it.

I have now tried 4 different style box companies. Dailylook wins hands down as the best style match for me. Everything in my box was a winner! My stylist Natalie nailed it! No other company came close. I'm so happy to have found someone to shop for clothes for me!

My latest box was really great. They chose a suit for me that was an excellent style and fit. A pair of casual pants was also a great fit as were the various blouses. I had to return the jeans and another pair of casual pants due to sizing. I really liked them both however they were just too big.
