I've emailed and follow instruction but they kept charging me for subscription. No response other than bot template. These people are scammers.

I too had difficulty cancelling the…

I too had difficulty cancelling the online subscription before it increased after 12months.

Their terms of business importantly state at clause 4.1 that they will always inform you in advance of any price increase and offer an opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.
This did not happen. I was told the new price in an email confirming that it had been taken. I was refused a refund of that month's subscription as Clause 5.3 states that any cancellation will only take effect at the next payment date, except as set out elsewhere in these Terms. Well at clause 5.1 a) it will end immediately where I have been told about an upcoming change which I do not agree to.

I wasn't told in advance, wasn't given the opportunity to cancel immediately and when I complained in an email, I had no response. The complaints department don't follow their own terms and conditions unless it suits them and they quote only that.

, I complained and had no response

Abandon facts all ye who enter here

There's a reason why Wikipedia no longer permits the daily mail as a source of information, and equally why they have had to retract so many factually incorrect stories.
If you're looking for fact driven journalism you will not find it here.

Fare pricing.

I have just purchased my Daily Mail£1.60 no magazine (tesco) no reason why,not the first time, but what is getting up my nose is nearly half the paper is made up with adverts. Now I have been a reader of the mail over 60 years.I would have thought the profit from the ads would be enough,I will still buy it,if only for the brilliant sketch writers.

An apology for a media group

This apology for a media group are shameless. They refuse to cancel subscriptions by email request & make all sorts of incorrect claims about following the Data Protection Act. Would never again touch anything this company promoted.

Impossible to cancel

Impossible to cancel the + subscription, you cannot do it in the app. They say you can email to cancel, I didn't hear back for 2 days, when I did they said I couldn't cancel by email. I then had to either call or live chat. On the live chat I asked to cancel and was sent to wrong department, asked to cancel again and they continued to try sell to me.

"I strongly warn people to think twice…

"I strongly warn people to think twice before subscribing to the Daily Mail. In my opinion, the difficulty of cancelling an account after payment may amount to a situation that borders on a criminal offence. Cancelling the Daily Mail charges can be practically impossible for some people, as everything is set U * up to make it extremely complicated."

DailyMail has become a celebrity rag

DailyMail has become a celebrity rag. Unintresting stories about societies lowest class of individules. No one cares about morally bankrupt celebrities any more. Where are the hard hitting articles about the mess going on in the UK and around the world? All human interests stories are locked behind a pay wall. They can keep their drivel and I'll keep my money.

Website is garbage; use mobile app instead

Website: (1 Star); Mobile App (4 stars). I can no longer even load the Daily Mail Website. So overloaded with ads, constantly locks up (keep getting message to either wait for the site to respond or close out). It used to be a great site. The mobile app is much better. Limited ads, loads quicker. I recommend the mobile app instead of the website.

journallism for duds!

Half of the articles are about young women, written by pervy men double their age. Where the dud journalists work. 😂 Sick of reading articles from 50 year old men commenting on women's bodies who are in their 20s. Gross!
