On the arranged moving day, they arrived more than two hours late. When they did arrive they did not have the correct tools, and spent almost another hour going to the local Wilkinson’s to get what they needed. When they returned they didn’t want to spend the money on what they actually needed and just bought another set of Allen keys that they thought “should” do the job. We start moving and thankfully I had two of my friends with me to help, because had it not been for them I think I’d still be in there, the movers just handed boxes to my friends to carry and when it was eventually upstairs they began to rebuild my furniture.... 2am rolls around and I had to ask them to leave, with one wardrobe now broken and one bed still not built. To add to this, I had paid my deposit by card on the website and believed they would take payment from me using that card too (why else would they need to keep my details!?) but when it got to 1am the two men told me I must pay them in cash on that night, I told them I didn’t have that kind of cash on me but that I’d be happy to do a bank transfer or write a cheque, after a lot of arguing and almost being forced to march to a cash point, it was agreed that I would do a bank transfer and they managed to get the manager on the phone to confirm that he had received his money (interesting that he is reachable this way at 1am when it concerns his money, but now he is suddenly unreachable!) on top of all of this, one of the movers had taken quite a shine to me, and was making inappropriate comments the entire time, and after I had finally managed to close the door behind them he actually contacted me twice on Facebook, and then he got my number from my file with them and texted me too. I’m pretty sure this breaches data protection! Since then I have managed to speak to somebody once, (although the illusive Michael the manager always appears to be unavailable), it was promised that someone else would come last Friday to fix the furniture they had broken, no one ever turned up and since then they have screened my calls. Until today, when I called using a different number, still no Michael though! It appears I may need to go and have a chat with Michael at the office! DO NOT USE DAILY MOVERS.

The guys were polite and professional at all times and nothing was too much trouble for them, even at the end they asked me to walk around my new home to see if everything was where I wanted it or if they needed to move anything for me. I really felt like they wanted to provided the best service. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

I was going to do my move however in the days leading up to the day I quickly realised it was going to take way too long. I rang a few local companies and came across these guys. They were cheap could accommodate at such short notice and were quick and careful with our possessions. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat.

Extremely pleased with the service. They turned up on time, were friendly and organised and worked incredibly hard to get all our belongings loaded and unloaded safely and in good time. Also careful to ensure that furniture and boxes were delivered to the right rooms in our new home which was a huge help. I could not fault them. And a very competitive price too. Hi, We had a very smooth and easy experience in terms of receiving a quote and booking the moving service. The movers were very friendly and transported all our belongings safely from our old property in Nottingham to our new property in Birmingham. They offered very competitive prices as well. I would definitely recommend their services.

Very friendly and good service, dismantled, moved and reassembled my furniture carefully but quickly. Also made sure everything was put exactly where I wanted before they left. Would definately reccommend. I was also happy with the deal they gave me, and was greatful for them fitting me in at relatively short notice

Booked my move really last minute and they was cheaper than all other companies i asked to quote.
When they arrived they was really friendly and accommodating. I live in a block of flats with no lift and i was on top floor and they didn't complain once, they did it all for me and i didn't have to lift a finger! - i did want to help but they kept insisting!
Would definitely recommend them!!!! If i ever move again i will be sure to use them again!
