Friendly, chatty ladies, who work really hard and are very thorough. Covers a wide area from Oundle-Peterborough-Bourne. Will go out of their way to fit as much cleaning into your allotted time and always leave the house smelling fresh and looking like a show home!

Booked for an initial spring clean. Team arrived bang on time it was a team of 3 ladies . They cleaned everything I asked them to in a spectacular way. Bath toys all put back in a neat and tidy way all my towels were folded the bathroom and bedrooms were left looking like a hotel room. I now have a regular fortnightly service I would highly recommend them to everyone.

We booked a one off spring clean for our house and the service was brilliant. It was a team of 3 ladies that arrived and we had all the kitchen, bathrooms, rooms deep cleaned in a couple of hours. Very impressed with the quality of the clean, will book again! Roger

I Have to say it's a real shame that people only jump on Trustpilot to give bad reviews when these girls probably have 100s of happy clients.

Personally I've had a great experience.
I booked them, they turned up on time, they even text 20 minutes before they arrived to let me know they were on their way - a nice little touch.
The house was spotless when they were finished but it was the little touches that made me think "these girls really care about their work". For example, after cleaning the bath they placed all the kids bath toys (which have numbers 1 to 10 on them) neatly lined up in order. They had just been in a pile in the middle of the bath. I know that might sound like a tiny thing but it's that kind of attention to detail that makes these girls highly recommended.

I have passed their detail on to my parents and my friends.

Long story short, try them out. They are good.

I must say what a fantastic service I received from my local NEWBURY branch. I was able to book online at the weekend and 2 days later the service was completed. Would definitely use them again.

I have no experience of the cleaning, however I was behind a daily popping car on M4 today, and regularly were cigarette butts flicked out of the car onto the verge hedgerows. There was other littering from the passenger side of the car. If this is a representation of the business, I would not employ them to clean my possessions.

Shocking service. 5hr deep clean; door not closed to Hoover behind, picture frames not dusted, cupboard fronts not cleaned, glassware 'forgotten' despite being asked to leave a detailed list.....which disappeared. Kitchen side not wiped down. Thankfully they have agreed not to charge. However this still doesn't make up for the inconvenience and frustration caused. Wish I had looked on her first. The reviews say it all.

Just do the basic vacuuming and dusting. Miss many areas. Much of what they do is superficial, to look good but not really necessary. Not very reliable. Not expensive. Not recommended. Could probably get better staff if they paid more.

They charged my friend in Berkshire £84 per hour for two cleaners - and that was for the regular weekly clean, not a special one-off blitz.

I was extremely underwhelmed by the deep clean performed by Tania ONeils, North West Kent branch of Daily Poppins. Although yes they did clean my house, they missed quite a few areas I would expect cleaned on a normal clean let alone a deep clean performed by 4 cleaners. Corners of the skirting boards were missed, shelves were dusted but only around the objects on them, the undersides of the taps in the bathroom were untouched, all my windows were smeary (I had to go around and sort them all out myself). Two of the cleaners were great but two were just young girls who were clearly new and learning the trade, they spent time standing around in the hallway looking bored, one sweetly played with my 2 year old but I wasn't paying for her to play I was paying for her to clean.
The house had been cleaned I give them that, just not a full deep clean in my eyes and not to a standard I think was high enough to warrent the price they charge. I waited for Tania to call me to see how I had got on but I ended up calling her after 48 hours of nothing. She admitted the two more experienced cleaners had told her the younger girls weren't working to full capacity that day and offered me a 10% discount as I had decided I wasn't going to continue with regular cleans. I agreed but still felt cheated. When asked for payment via email I voiced my feelings again and Tania has eventually agreed to give me a 25% discount, but then she went on to threaten me that I'll be chased by Daily Poppins with legal letters if I don't pay by the end of the weekend, great customer service Tania 👍
Basically I wouldn't recommend this company, I gave two stars because they did clean the house but no way to the standard I was expecting. The customer service is very poor and they charge full price for cleaners who are inexperienced. I have two children and this was supposed to be a treat for me, it just left a sour taste in my mouth, poor effort Daily Poppins'

The quality of their cleaning service is unacceptable! When I asked the cleaners to clean sth they were highly unhappy and angry at me. Their service costs an arm and a leg and they are unkind and unprofessional.

Did an excellent job of our end of tenancy clean in St Albans. Friendly staff, pleasure to deal with.

Realy delighted with the service from the St Albans Daily Poppins team. I booked an initial spring clean and it was great, I have now booked regular sessions and again the team do a great job every week. I am pleased so far.

As a landlord who has had their property professionally cleaned by this company, I say shame on you! Professional cleaners that can't remove limescale from taps or soap residue from tiles. Do not clean washing machines (inside or out), ovens and make a hap hazard attempt at cleaning the fridge. What do the tenants pay for? I'm currently recleaning my property and am thoroughly disgusted at the standard of your work

I haven't used this company but a member of your staff threw litter over the fence into my works car park. There was even a bin on their side which was deliberately not used.
What kind cleaning company does that?!

Daily poppins have provided a reliable and professional service. Staff are friendly and complete all jobs around the house as requested.

Been using the Sutton Coldfield Daily Poppins for the last few months. With a busy household tasks mount up and Daily Poppins has been fab. They come around once a week, fantastic friendly service. 100% reliable, nothing is too much. Great communication and I would totally recommend to anyone. Fab company.

Daily Poppins GL54 and OX3
I found the Daily Poppins service to be fantastic.
The team is lovely and usually the same two or 3 ladies each two weeks they come to my new house in GL54.
The house I rented in OX3 needed a full deep clean before handing back to agents and I have to say the team made a fantastic job with oven windows inside cupboards etc.
A smaller than 2 hr window with time off arrival would be preferred though :-)

I used them for a flat clean as I was moving out. £128 for 2 cleaners for 2 hours.... they didn't clean the ovens, fridge or freezer. I then had to agree to a second clean by the landlord to get my deposit back! Foolishly I had already paid. I sent a complaint expecting at least a response but got nothing! Would never use again, £30+ per hour and half a job.....
