Frustrating and terrible!

If I could give them a zero or negative number, I would! I ordered four bridesmaid dresses from here and they seemed really kind at first. When the dresses came, they were hideous and nothing like the picture on the website. They did not even fit a female's body proportions properly. They were huge in the bust and a short waist. The chiffon fabric was also very stiff. I contacted them to return the dresses and they gave this huge run around, making me provide pictures that I guess I did not do right, questioning that I ordered the right sizes, and more to try to take up my 30 days to return them. Eventually, I sent them back because my 30 days were up and then they kept saying they hadn't received them after at least a month! They would not give me a refund because they said they were custom orders even though I just ordered the typical sizes on their chart. Very frustrating!!!!! Do not buy from them!!!!!!!

If I could choose 0 or a negative number i would!

I am a long time Internet shopper and I have never experienced a service THAT BAD. About a month and half i ordered some stuff from this shop. The first alarm came when all of a sudden my card wasn't accepted and my bank had to call me to verify the transaction because they thought it was suspicious. OK, I thought that was just a glitch. About a week later i received an email telling me that they could not verify my credit card and therefore i should send them my full name and address and a picture of my driving license - that was the second alarm, I am not sending my private information to anybody!! In the mean time the credit card was charged and the money was gone. I refused to send anything to this company and requested to cancel this transaction and a have it fully refunded. Instead I received the message that they verified my card somehow and my order is shipped except one item was a different color. OK, I thought let's have this order and never deal with them again. Today I received the order with that ONE ITEM - WRONG COLOR and nothing else. I have no idea where the other 5 items from this order and what happened to them. Of course I emailed them but i doubt I would ever receive the rest of my stuff. It was a good lesson for me - do the search about the company before you buy.
I hope this review would help others to avoid this disappointment.

WORST SHOP IVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF BUYING FROM!

This shop seriously sucks. I ordered a book bag from here in January. It took them 2 and a half months to get the bag to me and when I finally received it it was the wrong color. I ordered orange and they sent me navy blue. I don't know how you get those colors mixed up but whatever. Then when I contacted them about the issue, they ignored me. I had to harass them constantly for over a week just to get a response. Then they tried to give me a coupon off my next purchase instead of an exchange for the correct colored book bag. I declined this, as I already knew I would never buy from this shop again. They then made me pay for the return shipping of the wrong colored book bag. They received the book bag from me within a week. It took them another 3 weeks to send me my orange book bag. I didn't receive it until the end of march. On top of all this, they had the nerve to try to convince me to take a voucher for their shop instead of the refund for the shipping I paid. NEVER BUY FROM HERE! The products are over priced, the customer service sucks and the shipping takes forever.
I do like the book bag but it was not worth all the hassle I went through to get it.

Shittest Company on the Planet!

Worst Experience of my life, the worst thing about that is i am a barrister by profession.

My wife placed an orderfor coat as a bday gift to me, only to discover it arrived after 1 month....she sent millions of emails complaining about delievery no reply!!!

Secondly when the item arrived completely wrong size estimates for the UK and crap quality, the stiching was falling off, along side the buttons and material was naff. I know textiles students that produce better quality then their rubbish.

Sent the item back which cost me £16.47 when the item was only £27.00 no refund for 1 month.

Emailed them a million times they turn around and told me that theydont have the proof of postage???? i told them to check the email attachments now its been 3 weeks and still no refund of response.

Its amazing that people are still giving them possitive feedback just because if they do they get a free gift really is free gift going to be of any quality????

I have contacted my friend in china who happens to be a lawyer there that is getting my money back from them plus interest.

stay well clear !!!!
