Poor Service
So frustrating!! I had a delivery from USA and Evri International delivery had my correct details. When the package reached Australia, the courier changed to DAI Post. DAI Post put incorrect delivery address and proceeded to deliver at the incorrect address. Obviously no one was there for this package and they changed the status to unsafe to deliver. I contacted customer service, had to lift mountains to change to correct address and then got an email later to say it will be delivered in 3-5 business days. I had told customer service that I will be travelling overseas and asked if this could be an urgent delivery but nope. My address is just half an hour away from these guys and they need an additional 3-5 business days to deliver something THEY put the wrong address on. Not sure if these reviews get checked by the company and any attempt to fix their services are made.

There are good and bad workers for this business.
I tracked my parcel with the number they supplied me, last monday I should to received it but instead I have a message saying that my place was UNSAFE? for delivering it. I was upset even more when I have to picked it up at the Brisbane airport facility. Where I live my neighbors and myself received packages all the time overseas and domestic, frankly it was a poor excuse, the next day I received it after talking with an operator that she was helpful.

Was told to go to a collection point…
Was told to go to a collection point for my package because they couldn’t organise to deliver it on a day I would be home. The address given is for an empty, up for sale lot in an industrial park. No idea where my package is. Tried to call for help within business hours, got told to leave a message even though it was still within their operating hours. Absolute disgrace of a business.

The US company sending my package to Australia had the incorrect address so the package ended up to the totally wrong area. Dai Post tracked it down. I had 2 support people working on it and they finally located the parcel. It took 2 months but it has now been delivered. Thank you Dai Post for your persistence. Well done.

I was importing and eBay purchase which required diversion to USA Customs
I was importing and eBay purchase which was passed to USA Customs. I received a email from Jenny Gamusuran advising me that as the value of the parcel was over $1,000 needed to be sent to USA Customs and there could be a sizeable delay due to the volume of traffic they handle.
Jenny contacted me two time in a very niece polite and friendly way.
The delay on my parcel was minimal and it arrived on my doorstep within a fortnight. Brilliant.

Horrible company. Delivered to the wrong address and didn’t even acknowledge they messed up and were 0 help. Tracking number didn’t even work.
This postal service w is a complete FRAUD…
This postal service w is a complete fraud! They “disposed of” out $1000 package after one phone call to us, they never left a message nor did they email us or the sender. After multiple emails, phone calls and pleas to speak to someone higher up, they just kept closing the case. I found many other instances after doing a search that others had also lost expensive items…. Australian Borderforce had no tracking or information on our parcel at any time so I believe this company is on selling goods and make it appear “unclaimed”. As they are the company who “lost” our item, I believe DAI POST should be reimbursing us for the loss of product.

what a joke this company is, Sadly they have the contract for delivering parcels from overseas to Melbourne metro and whatnot.
I had the courier for DAI post throw two parcels worth $600 in total over the gate in full view of the main road and not in a secure location as is stated on the delivery details.
As a result both parcels were stolen
I made a complaint to DAI post - Jay Hilaria, and he has done his best to totally ignore me and ghost me, no matter how many times I have sent emails regarding the failure of the courier, and the poor response of the company.

My parcel had a Sydney address
My parcel had a Sydney address, post code & suburb in Sydney and literally Sydney written on it and it ended up in ACT delivered at some random house…. There is no address nor there a street with the same name or post code in ACT Mawson.. they took a picture of some random parcels outside of a house and sent it to me, $200 down the drain or in someone else’s house I guess. Happy to take this down once I’m refunded or get my parcel.

Utterly incompetent. Now waiting 5 days for a parcel that's out for delivery to be delivered. Contacted them 4 times, updates promised then - nothing. This is their tagline:

Charmaine was fantastic. She answered my inquiry extremely promptly in a very friendly manner. She followed up on the status of my delivery and asked me to let her know when I received it. She kept the case open until I advised it had been received. First class service!
Issues at first but sorted the problem
So at first I had issues with Dai but they resolved my issue quickly. I had a package sent from UK to Australia. They had attempted to deliver twice but left no calling card or tried to contact me which is bot good practice. I was worried that the package may be sent back to Uk after the failed attempts. I recommend always calling as I tried enquiring on the weekend on their website (their customer team do have the phone lines open on weekends) but heard nothing. As soon as they were open on Monday i called and we were able to figure something out. The customer care team were very helpful and I got my package. Mixed review but they sorted it in the end.
