They steal from your direct debit after cancellation! Disgraceful service and total thieves!
We set up Dairy drop as we didn’t want to attend the shops during peak covid times, however we were forced to cancel our plan after several disastrous attempts at delivery.
Week one the milk didn’t turn up at all - (apparently some warehouse issue with the fridges), the next week they got the day and the amount wrong - we were understanding and agreed to give them another chance. We were promised £4 credit which we never received. After which we were repeatedly awoken at 6am from the milkman buzzing our door (despite us repeatedly stating that I was very unwell with a complicated pregnancy and that we would happily cancel if they could not accommodate a later time in the morning).
We even politely spoke to the milkman directly and explained but he was rude and just grunted at us. At times the milk was left in the communal areas of our block of flats ‘a free for all’ to help themselves. After trying very hard to cancel, and being told repeatedly to give them one more chance, Charlie at DD finally agreeed to cancel back in January. We have since noticed that they have continued to take monthly payments from our account, months after cancellation. I have called and emailed several times and each time told we will be issues a refund. They finally sent a mere £17 when we are owed closer to £80!!! I have spoken to Charlie again who agreed to sort the refund immediately (again) but it seems they have no intention of doing so after patiently waiting and waiting. We originally set up the plan to avoid the stresses of shopping during covid when I was so unwell… but the stress of catching covid in the end seemed a better option than the stress of dealing with such an incompetent and dishonest company. We will now claim our money back through our credit card company plus interest. Total thieves! Be warned!!!

They really need to update there system.
2 weeks ago I signed up to a milk delivery with this company and expected my first delivery on Monday 2nd.... Nothing see that they were delivering on Wednesday..... Nothing..... Message the call center where yes the staff are helpful but, they told me that the Dairy is no longer delivering in my area. So they took my money without checking if they deliver here.... You need to get your IT and companies working together, quick to take the cash but now have to wait 5 to 8 working days for a refund.....
Customer services were helpful and resolved the issue fast though. That's why you got 2 stars...

MISSING ORDER
I have been using this company for a few weeks now and just had my first problem. My order was supposed to be delivered Monday morning but nothing was delivered. Money had been taken for this day and apparently it's down as 'delivered.'
I wouldn't mind if it was easy enough to get hold of some kind of customer service but the apparent only form of communication is the email on the app and that takes you to 'website not found.'
I have however since sent an email only to receive a an email back 2 day's later stating that my email has not been delivered!
Common sense says that the Help section would be simple and easy to communicate but it's ridiculous!

We had milk and eggs delivered…
We had milk and eggs delivered throughout 2020 and first half of 2021. Delivery was of good quality produce but there were issues where our twice weekly delivery was changed to once weekly without notice, we had to chase up to understand why. A handful of times delivery was late morning (10) rather than early on. And we would have wanted the option of a bigger milk bottle as we struggled to order enough for the week due to fridge space for multiple small bottles.
Customer service contact was always prompt to reply and help though.

Wonderful service
Wonderful service! Great food, super reliable and a very thoughtful delivery person who dropped off our milk before 5am each week and always remembering to close the gate gently without waking our neighbours - even though we never asked! Thank you for being such a great service.

Once our order was accepted we had an email confirming the first delivery date straight away! Brilliant thanks DairyDrop. First delivery arrived around 8am and the farm fresh eggs are to die for.
Great app and service
Great app and service. Received 3pints instead of 4 on the first delivery but the customer service team sorted it out straight away. Deliveries have been perfect ever since .
Seemed a great idea- poorly administered
Seemed a great idea. First delivery was missed - ok understand teething problems. Asked three times for delivery to be increased. Not done. Then after paying for 2 months, I get a bill direct from the dairy that they haven’t received any money at all. Had to sort this out. Requested a cancellation of the service after all - they sent the standard “sorry to see you go” and again I requested a cancellation. A week later I get the increase I’d asked for a month ago, and they charge me again despite two cancellation requests. Now to have dispute via bank.
Nice idea. Poorly administered, and additional hassle I could do without right now.
** edit to add that this has now been resolved, and the additional funds have been refunded**
Delivery hasn't come for 2 weeks
Delivery hasn't come for 2 weeks. I paid £24.91 for the months for 2 4 pints of blue and 1 loaf of bread once a week and haven't received any delivery's. First week apparently the driver crashed the van and this time they is a delay and I still haven't received my order and the current time is 15.05pm Monday 1st March. I requested a full refund to be returned on the card I used to place a order and I haven't received it. I have received a credit on the dairy drop account of £11.96 how am I suppose to get the money? I'm fuming about this I'm entilted to a full refund the exact amount I paid. im not happy about the service I have received I wouldn't bother signing up to the service as its shocking and full of excuses by sounds of it.
