Manuel was the worst agent I have ever…
Manuel was the worst agent I have ever spoken with in my entire life. He lied!!!! Any company that hires someone who cares less about the customer is a company I would never deal with.
He quoted an amount then raised the amount to pay. I asked for a better quote. The amount was still higher than the quoted amount. I asked to cancel. He said it could not be cancel. Three minutes later and it can't be cancelled. Unethical, unlawful, dishonest handling of a business. I told him I will be calling the better business bureau and he could care less. Bold thief!!! This is no way to run a business. Save your money and deal with reputable companies. Always check the figures before you agree to anything. This company I know have cheated other people. I realized they were cheating me by not adding up what came out his mouth with the amount of the amount he wanted me to pay. This company is unethical!!!!!!!! He came up with a higher amount than he quoted. Unethical!!!
