Useful Platform turned to Unapproved Charges

Previously used the site. Deactivated my membership to save money. Still getting charged. Can't even log back in to confirm if my card / account was taken off. Each time i tell my bank that i didnt approve their charge they have to send me a new card. This is ridiculous. I used to love Daisie, now I hear the company name and can't stand it.

-The website is essentially dead!
-No update since 2022! -Cannot log in using ANY method...
-but it's still deducting from my credit card!

I used to have an account there

I used to have an account there when it started. Now I cannot log in or make a new account. :( what happened to the team? What happened to the site? Nothing has been told us. I've emailed them and all that (was difficult to even find where to contact them) and no response.

Do not use!

Scam! Can't log in, can't contact, payment taken at odd price, nothing seems available on their website, all discord channels are inaccessible

Lack of response and crashing

It sounds like Daise has some serious issues with its user experience, particularly with crashes in the calendar section and during live classes, as well as problems with the charged system not functioning properly despite payments being made. Additionally, the lack of effective customer service, with sporadic responses and recent non-responsiveness, compounds the frustration. Despite liking the app and its services, these persistent issues make it too messy and unreliable to fully enjoy.

AVOID!!!

Signed up for a free trial and was charged a full subscription fee. I'm unable to access my account, I'm not even sure I have one and wasn't even able to join the workshop I signed up for. When I tried to contact Daisie via the website messenger it didn't work. It still doesn't work a year later and I've been charged another annual subscription fee. AVOID!!!

I have been trying to cancel my account

I have been trying to cancel my account for 2 months as I signed up for a free trial but the app was so glitchy so I couldn’t even attend the class I wanted to. I have been charged twice despite deleting my account and contacting their customer services. I have not heard back from any representatives and am still being charged. Very poor customer service and app functionality, would not recommend.

Crap and crooked! Very poor…

Shonky app that makes getting in very difficult. When you finally manage to register, you will find a very poor selection of sessions and an inflexible approach to cancellation and refund. Avoid. There are other, much better, creative learning platforms available.

Community

I've learned so much by using this app! Have met people with so many different experiences who are all part of the community that I would've never met before.

Daisie Workshops

This feels like a really positive space and it made me feel really motivated and hopeful about my creative journey. Workshop are helpful, interactive and there's a lot of information presented.

Unbelievably helpful

Daisie has been so helpful for me, especially over the last year in lockdown. The online workshops and rooms are so engaging and provide a unique opportunity to learn from the best in an interactive setting. Can't wait for the community to continue to grow!
