Do not order from this company, appalling customer service with after care. My item arrived damaged and chipped and I received an email stating that as it was personalised they can not refund or resend- take the protective cover off and it will be ok- as if I hadn’t done that already. I responded stating my rights and two weeks later total silence. It also took a huge amount of time to arrive. I feel this is a company’ being operated out of a garage! I’m outraged and feel totally ripped off 🤬

Took over 3 weeks to deliver which ended up being too late for our wedding. Then would not refund. Very poor customer service. Better, more reliable companies to buy from for wedding accessories.

I ordered two plaques and a pebble picture for a birthday present, I was extremely pleased with them. They were delivered promptly. I would definitely recommend this company for unique gifts. Their customer service is amazing.

I received a silver beaded bracelet for Christmas which was great at first but then the elastic stretched after only a few weeks and it was unwearable. Customer service has been extremely unhelpful. I would not buy from them again. A waste of money.

Ordered a sign received very quickly but really disappointed in the quality. Looks very cheap and reminds me of something my children made at school. Think it’s very expensive for what it is. Won’t be ordering again

The product was very poor quality. The etching on the product looks nothing like the pictures on the website. It is very shallow so very difficult to be seen, the letters were also wonky and looked like they had been scratched on with scissors. It was definitely not a professional job. The bracelet also smelled terrible, a really strong acetone smell which alone would put me off wearing it. Having contacted the seller they refused a refund saying the letters weren't wonky (ignoring my other complaints about the quality). Having gone back to point out exactly where to look for said letters (which I shouldn't have had to do as they were self-evident) the seller has completely ignored me. I would avoid this seller like the plague.

Can’t thank Daisy Maison enough for getting my picture to me so quickly. It is absolutely beautiful and perfect for my granddaughters christening.

Received my 2 signs, and the 4 x 3M sticky pads. Door signs are a bit flimsy and cheap to look at. However, what disappointed me was why they felt the need to charge me £6 for 4 x 3M sticky pads .... easily bought for £3 for 12 ..... I couldn't recommend this rip off company.

Received item broken, was a special meaningful gift, they told me they won’t be sending another one out didn’t offer me any sort of refund and told me to glue it, didn’t come in a secure packaging won’t be ordering again

Ordered sign for my sister for Christmas. Price was good and despatched on time. When arrived - broken. TBH packaging is very flimsy and provides little protection from whims of Yodel, the poorest courier company I have dealt with. Contacted them and they came back to me asking for photo. Once sent this they confirmed new sign would be despatched and it was but completely different colour from that originally ordered. Too close to Christmas to risk a third sign but very disappointed in service.

I’ve ordered a few gifts and things for myself from Daisy Maison and have never been disappointed. Items are sent quickly and are well packaged and the products are always as shown. I would recommend!

Ordered a street sign i order the larger size. It came in good time with no mistakes but the quality is thin printed acrylic, quality is bad . I feel robbed it cost £33.80. Its a present and I feel embarrassed to give so now I will have to buy something else, and give this as a little side gift, thats if I give it at all.

Great product, delivery was brilliant!

I ordered a wedding pebble picture for my daughter, then I went abroad for 2 weeks, expecting it to arrive during my time away. Unfortunately, due to an error on my part, it was never sent.
The company had left me a voicemail during my time away, which I never recieved, due to my lack of signal as too where I was.
On my return and finding no picture was delivered, I immediately rang Daisy Mason. They found my order straight away and explained that the voicemail they left said I hadnt put my personalization on the picture, and they were trying to contact me so it could be added.
I had a slight panic as it was Thursday and I dearly wanted that picture for the wedding 2 days later, on the Saturday. The lovely lady on the phone said they would make my order up straight away and send it off the same day.
I recieved my order the very next day!
To go above and beyond to rectify an error I made, shows how much this company values their customers .
The picture is lovely, and I know my daughter will love it.

The picture was as described & beautifully made. Great quality & a reasonable price. I would definitely buy from them again. My lovely friend who’s getting married will love it.

Seen them advertised a lot & decided to order a name sign & pebble art picture for our friends wedding. They arrived quickly & well packaged. Really pleased with them and our friends were so happy, especially with the name sign. I gave it to them the day before the wedding & they used it on the top table & in photos on the day. Well recommended company

I have a few of the pebble pictures that I have received as gifts and love them so decided to buy some for my bridal party as gifts and they were so pleased with them.
We have also ordered the new wedding stationary signs and table numbers which are so nice. Really pleased with everything and will be back
