Worst customer service on the planet

Worst customer service on the planet!
Do not waste your money, given the prices you’d think you’d get good service.
Sent 5 emails no response
Called number on the initial email they sent and the line gets cut off after you get a short recording!! Just simply awful

Poor turnaround time & no communication

Poor turnaround time and communication. The SHOP app shows my order was received 4 days ago and there have been no updates on process/shipping status. Also no response to my email asking when the item will ship.

Buyer Beware...its not all what it should be

Customer service, purchases and returns have all been a very disappointing experience for me. I, also, had No idea I would be dealing with an overseas company. That is Not noted on the website. Had I known, I would have not made any purchases.
4 days later, I am still waiting for a refund on an item returned last week. Very disappointing. I also intended to replace a second order as your size chart does not fit me correctly and comfortably. But, rather I will look elsewhere as I'm waiting for a Return link to be sent to me so that I will Return this second purchase for a 100% refund....
Again, an overall terrible and exasperating experience.

worst customer service

I had high hopes for this store, but unfortunaly its just another china based website with poor quality and customer service, I confirmed before I purchased the dress and paid the extra 30 dollar fee that the dress would be fully would be lined, however after a month or more when the dress arrived, the dress was not lined. At first they did not believe me, even when i sent pictures!!!! Then after a series of emails they offered me only 20% partial refund, this is totally unaccetable as I had explained the dress is not wearable without the full lining lined, very disappointing !!

The dress was too big in some places and too clingy & tight in others.
Very unflattering.
Returning it has been difficult, hoops to jump through. They even wanted me to send photos of me in a dress I was too embarrassed for my husband to see.

The product didn’t look like the photos…

The product didn’t look like the photos on the website at all. I got a silk blouse and it was sheer to the point of being see through, the fabric was stiff, and the hems/seams were all so visible because the fabric was so see through in a way that looked very cheap.
Shipping and ordering were easy and on time though, that’s why I give two stars instead of 1.

Refund policy is not clear

Refund policy is not clear. Website states a full refund, but customer service asks to share photos of why the item didn’t work and then offers a 15% refund to keep the item or gift it to someone else before agreeing to a full refund.
