Our experience purchasing with our…

Our experience purchasing with our vendor was amazing and very smooth. Alma from the Atlanta Location was very well knowledgeable, cleared all our doubts and made our process exactly like we expected to be. She had extreme patience while it took 2 days to decide which was the perfect chair for our office. Thank you Alma Alemán. You are amazing!!!! We will definitely purchase another one soon.

We LOVE our Daiwa Massage Chair!

We LOVE our Daiwa Massage Chair! Order, Delivery and Set up were simple! The guys that set up the chair went through all the features before they left. We’ve used it every day, usually twice a day, since it was delivered. My husband and I both have back pain after playing pickle ball or golf and find that the chair helps immensely. It is so relaxing and has improved our sleep too! We tried several other brands, but the Daiwa is the best!

Outstanding delivery

I would like to comment on the professionalism of the two young men who delivered my chair on February 14th; they were extremely personable and polite. Both were careful to ensure they did not cause any damage during installation. They had to carry the chair up a flight of stairs and did this with a "no problem" attitude. They also delivered another chair on February 15th to the Findlay area and that customer made the same comments and was extremely impressed. In this day and age, it is so refreshing to find two young men with work ethic and respect. Please pass this on to their manager. Hopefully, they will be recognized for their outstanding behavior.

I purchased a Rodeo Core 2.0 exerciser…

I purchased a Rodeo Core 2.0 exerciser a few months ago. It stopped working well and I was about to throw it away. On a whim I contacted the company. To my surprise a customer service rep, Jasmine, returned my email with questions. I soon got a prepaid return label and shortly after returning the unit a brand new one arrived. Best customer service ever! Thank you!

Charles is the best!

We feel Charles did everything possible to get us an AirMed Massage chair. He spent time on the phone explaining the situation ...on more than one occasion...and a working chair has arrived! I have back problems and this is the best massage chair I have tried. Bonus is that the color is perfect. Thanks to Charles and all there. I'm in heaven!

Exceptional Massage Lounger

Exceptional Massage Lounger. Lacks nothing and offers everything. I wish it offers a little more focus on the upper shoulders and neck, but it's still the best of what is out there !

Excellent Customer Service

I recently had the experience of working with DAIWA. I purchased one of their products and after two years of usage broke it by mistake. I called their 800 number line that I found in the purchase materials and expected the normal taped message and poor follow through that I have come to know withm online companies.
Instead I was delighted to work with with a young woman named Jasmine who provided excellent customer service. She asked the right questions, provided immediate follow through and went beyond my expectations by speaking directly with a technician and then personally over seeing both the ordering and mailing of my product.
I had such an excellent customer experience with Jasmine and indirectly DAIWA that I wanted to share it with others.

Best service employee ever

After 2 years of not being able to get parts or service for my chair, I had the distinct pleasure of speaking with Charles in the service dept. when I say this gentleman was a saint I am not exaggerating. He was patient, kind and incredibly knowledgeable. I sincerely thought I would just be checking on a part and hoping I could find some one to figure out how to fix. Charles took the time to help troubleshoot and determine the part I really needed not the one I had been told. He walked me through with skill and laments terms. I can not express my gratitude enough! Thank you, Charles!

I'm very pleased

I'm very pleased. My Legacy chair airbags had gotten weak. They went out their way to meet my in town schedule - spent an hour replacing the motor etc. When that didn't work - first thing next morning they brought a new chair and I love it. They were friendly, helpful and responsive.

I LOVE MY Legacy 3D CHAIR!

I purchased Legacy 3D 2019 while attending FLORIDA STATE FAIR. I was in severe pain headed home when I saw the chair demo section. Having experienced the chair at SMARTER IMAGE a year earlier I thought perhaps a sit would provide some relief. The sales person was very pleasant, assisting me in the chair. After 10 minutes i asked how much and will you take a deposit. After 20 minutes I walked to my car pain free! This chair is absolutely the best purchase I have made in my life. I use it daily, every morning I get out of bed and head directly to my chair. My friends enjoy it as well. The chair saves me time and money by eliminating my weekly chiropractor and massage visits. I LOVE MY CHAIR!

My mother purchased an AirMed 8000…

My mother purchased an AirMed 8000 quite a few years ago. She used it daily until about 2 years ago it just stop working. She asked the people she knew to see what’s wrong with it with no success the chair just sat in the corner. Today I was able to get it contact with Daiwa’s number 1 repair specialist Charles. He was able to troubleshoot that it is more than likely the fuse. He explained to me where the fuse was located and how to gain access to it. I was able to accomplish this task as the direction was perfect. In fact it was the fuse and as if it couldn’t get any better I was happily suprised to know there is a second fuse stored in the housing of the fuse in use. I was able to replace fuse immediately and the chair is fully functional again.
I can’t thank Charles enough for my mother and myself.
Daiwa is leading the market staffing employees like Charles.

The service provided by your service technician was outstanding. Jaime was courteous and professional. He went above and beyond in customer service by cleaning and vacuuming the chair and surrounding area. The chair looked brand new and operated flawlessly. Thank you.

Best in class service company

The service I received was extraordinary. Everyone was courteous, and very professional. They took their time to analyze my issue and solved it quickly. I was especially pleased that they took my calls almost immediately, even when in meetings. They make a great product even better because of the care and attention they pay to their customers. If you need help with your chair, they will give you the best in service expertise.

Technician name are Charlie and Helmet

Technician name are Charlie and Helmet. Charlie helped me troubleshoot and ordered part and Helmet was FaceTime and guide me replaced broken part. He was very nice and patience. He helped me go through everything from the beginning to the end. My massage chair is working good now. Thanks Charlie and Helmet 👍

I called in for help with setting up my massage chair 9200. My movers had disconnected tubes unnecessarily and hooked up some incorrectly. The technician helped tremendously and was very patient and knowledgeable. Couldn’t thank them enough!

Servicing my favorite Daiwa message chair

Three years ago I purchased a Daiwa message chair and have loved it. But, this month it developed an unusual noise and so I contacted USJAclean.com, the company that services Daiwa. The chair was still under warranty but for parts only. Labor would be expensive as they would have to fly a trained technician out to Idaho to repair it. Then the technician suggested that after my part arrived to call him back and he would talk me through the repair.
Two different technicians spent the better part of two hours of their time until the job was completed. I was so impressed with their patience with me and their expertise.
I love my Daiwa chair and I love the service these technicians from Usjaclean rendered by saving me hundreds in a service call. Thank you gentlemen for your going the extra mile.

I regret so much....

Yes, we regret so much that we didn’t buy this chair years ago! We bought and successfully used Legacy 4 chair for few months and last month we upgraded it to Hybrid Supreme chair. My wife and I use it every day and sometimes for a couple of hours. Practically, whenever we watch TV, we use the chair. We love it! Also during purchase, installation and later exchange for the better chair we had a great experience with the company. They are very pleasant, responding right away and very cooperative. A+++

I would like to move my massage chair…

I would like to move my massage chair from upstairs to downstairs. I am having a problem getting it out the door after taking the door off and removing the legs and the arms. Can someone from the company come out and move it downstairs, it is extremely heavy. I've had it two and a half years.Thank you.

Feels great, service okay but questions

The Hubble
Massage chair notification were nice to see when the chair was going to be delivered. The two young men that delivered the chair were fairly quick and I was concerned about some noise of a small screw or plastic falling inside the chair when they had to tilt it up to get it through a door way, I mentioned that I heard something rattle in the chair base when they moved it. It was quickly brushed off as it shouldn’t be a problem. Also when plugging in the foot section there was a blue spark flash when connecting the connector into the chair portion. Was concerned about that as well. Not sure if they should have had the power on when making the connection. That can easily damage a circuit. But nothing was said about it. Everything did seem to test okay when it was fully assembled. How can I be certain that these little things won’t be a problem in the future?
After trying the chair now for a couple of weeks it feels great. Some concerns are that piece hopefully won’t be an issue and I cannot keep the blue tooth connected without shutting the switch off and then it will reconnect. Once connected it works okay but after awhile I have to do the switch again.
And the shoulder pads don’t really get to my shoulders except in the extend program.
It is a bit noisier than I thought. When the travel switches directions you can hear that movement. The chair feels great, not trying to be overly skeptical but I do wonder about those things. I am enjoying the chair, just hopefully it will last for the money that is paid for something like this.
It does feel great though. I am thankful to have the chair but how will little things like that be affecting the chair in the future. Thanks so much
