Nice chair, fits perfectly in my room, like the built in controls. I over did it the first time and was sore but after I adjusted to it I love it. For the size and the price I think it fits the bill, the others are the size of a car and are way to expensive, this one does the job and the representative at Sam's club did a great job showing the product line.

Like how it even massages the siatica muscle. It’s a full body massage and that was what I was looking for. It’s a great massage chair. I have no regrets in purchasing it.

We love our chair, the only complain we have is that didn't come with instruction and we haven't been able to learn all the functions.

I love my massage chair. I use it after work, which my legs just love me for it. Sometimes I'll just sit in it with the heat on. Sometimes I'll sit in it and run through the different programs while watching TV.
The guys that delivered it were great, they got it in my house and set up without any damage.
I would highly recommend their chairs to anyone interested in a massage chair, just wonderful!!

Great chair. Just wondering how to get heat on the back. It currently only heats the seat area.

I have searched for a massage chair for a very long time. Then I met May Kam at an Oriental grocery store on Colonial Avenue. She went over the chair ‘s various features and answered all my questions. She was very patient with all my questions. I have tried the Panasonic while visiting relatives in Honolulu. Also tried the massage chairs at Costco in Brandon. I decided to purchase the Daiwa and have not regretted it. The delivery was on time- the two techs were great. Overall excellent experience. I still owe May a dinner!! Thank you!!!

Love this massage chair. We have used it daily and shared it with our friends who come into our home. I think the quality is good. we have only had it since September and now it is January. All parts are still working. Customer service has been good about texting with any concerns that we have. The only thing I wish it did better is the shoulder massage, but it does a good job, not excellent. Everything else is wonderful and no problems. Really great for keeping us aligned and limber.

I would like to commend Omar and his companion . Both of them really took their time in making sure that they dont damage anything when they are moving the massage chair to fit into my room.

Really good massage. Takes a bit to get used to the feet massage for me but have quickly adapted. The zero gravity and back stretch are the best.

Relaxes me and puts me to sleep quicker. less back ache in the morning. Big expense. Would like to have had a better manual as to what each mode of massage does rather than relying on the small pamphlet or general description "relax" or lower body.
