To be honest at first I was skeptical as there are so many scammers out there and the price was almost to good to be true but now experiencing an amazing customer service from Dakauf, always keeping me informed about the product status I am really happy that I choose to buy my watch from them. Ordered to Ireland. Shipping got delayed for a week but that's understandable, could be worse. Delivery took about 2weeks since it was shipped, so not to bad either. And don't worry it's not a scam website. I got my order which cost 1000eur.

i had bought phone from them and while it was on warranty it had some issues with the screen. They provided Omniva code, repaired the phone and sent back. I didnt even need to pay for delivery and it was done in short terms.

I ordered(#13862) a phone (Google pixel 7 pro) from them in december 2023 . Got it and the sound was crackling so sent it to them for repair with video what the problem was. Got it back a few MONTHs later and the problem was still there. I got the answer that the repair tean didnt find anything wrong. Costumer support asked to send a video of the probleem again and to send it again to repair so i did... Again a few months have passed. Aa i asked may 7 how far was the repair i got and answer it should be done nt 9th of may and they Will let me know then. After that i have sent emails to the support many times but now answer. I think i got scammed.. it 22 of may. I bought the phone for a christmas present lol ... Update: its 5th of june and still no info about the phone

Ordered a mirrorless camera, it arrived within a week. The camera and everything is fine, seems completely new. I’m taking a star off because there is room for improvement, obviously when you buy so much cheaper than in official stores it will not be a 100% experience. I didn’t receive any documents at all, not even instruction manual. I think it would be a good idea if the store included their own warranty card, and at least a receipt. Just an idea to make it look nice and feel like an official purchase, since they claim that there is a 2-year warranty on the website. Otherwise good experience, good service.
