first class experience from ordering to delivery , constant communication from the company and delivery driver (Mariuzs) re progress and lovely little touches from the company that were unexpected.
value for money, a few tiny tweaks to the product would make it better but for the price and quality of the product compared to others we have looked at it is far better, great company to work with. quick and easy to assemble and comfortable when in use. will look at more products from this company.

Assembling the sofa I bought, took me 25 minutes from opening the boxes to laying a throw on it. All done by one person. Great service!

Absolutely chuffed to bits ! I was a little worried when I read some of the views, but glad I went ahead. The quality is amazing, sturdy and strong. I absolutely love it !! Delivery took 2 weeks which was fine, DX emailed me 3-4 times with time slot. So I am a very satisfied customer.

Absolutely brilliant service. Speedy delivery and polite courier. The garden furniture looks lovely in my garden its good quality and value for money. Will definitely recommend.

I would give them zero stars if it was an option.

I ordered a wardrobe back in mid January. I asked at the time if I could pay to secure it at that price and have it delivered in April, specifically the week before last, to coincide with the work we were having done in that room. They said no problems, sent me an invoice with an order number, which I paid that day (referencing the order number as requested) by bank transfer.

I asked if I could have paid assembly at the time of ordering (and on every email since).

I told them I'd drop them a note to remind them a few weeks beforehand so they could get it on the delivery line, which I duly did. Two/three emails between us after they said they didn't have any note of my order so I sent proof of my payment, with the invoice reference and sure enough they found it and confirmed delivery had been requested for my dates.

The week before, I dropped them a note to cross check the order with paid assembly. Heard nothing.

Chased them the Monday of delivery week, they responded yes the item was booked down for requested dates but I couldn't have paid assembly as the order had already been processed without it. After a complaint as I had clearly asked for this all along (with my emails actually HEADED "order xxxx with paid assembly) they wrote back and said simply "that isn't booked". No apology and no ownership.

By the Friday of that week, I hadn't heard about delivery, which they had requested for the Wednesday to Friday. After much chasing and a complaint, I finally heard back saying the wardrobe wasn't even in the country. 3 months.

I asked for a refund, to which they replied they couldn't even find the order, did I have proof that I ordered from them etc. Bear in mind this was all on the same chain of emails.... tearing my hair out by now.

I sent all the proof and I got my refund, which to be fair happened easier than I expected given the rest of the process.

Terrible customer service from start to finish. And interestingly, the price of the wardrobe, which was "on offer" at the time I paid for it in January, never changed between Jan and April, which I am pretty sure shouldn't be a thing.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Considering the price I paid, this sofa is not worth it. It looks good at first glance, but it’s far from comfortable. I’m not sure why it had mostly positive reviews

Second time buying from Dako, same as my previous experience, good communication, good quality furniture and the guy who assembled the furniture was polite and made sure I was happy with everything before leaving.

Really happy , the delivery was with me within 5 days , the driver was polite and we got a complimentary blanket . And the furniture looks gorgeous! 40 minutes to put together thanks to my Dad

Sofa bed is perfect all size and colour is ideal.but drives was no help putting my order in the house.

Looking online for garden furniture and came across the Dako website. Found exactly what I wanted at a fantastic price. Read the review which was very impressive. I was a little sceptical as I had never heard of Dako but decided to take the plunge and order from them. On ordering I received a 10% discount which was a lovely surprise.
Received the furniture within six days. Delivery was on time and hassle free. Product was well packaged with no damage. Took a while to assemble but there were no issues, no missing parts or screws.
The furniture is great quality and well worth the money. It is comfortable and stylish and very roomy. The under seat storage is a huge plus. Cannot fault anything from the price, the delivery and quality of the furniture. Would highly recommend Dako garden furniture. Looking forward to spending time in the garden in comfort. Thank you Dako.

Delivery order feedback was good and items came quick. The guy who delivered was very helpful and friendly. Once we worked out how to put it together it went quite quickly and looks good. Just what we wanted and very pleased with the finished results.

Great product that looks fantastic and was accurately described. Unfortunately, one part arrived damaged, but the company is currently working on a replacement. I haven’t received the new item yet, but their customer service has been helpful so far. Despite this issue, it’s definitely worth a look.
