My son Ivan Medina ordered a dress from the beginning of November and so far I haven't received it this smells to me like a scam! and I will do whatever is possible to make you'll pay my son back I regret asking him to purchase from this site!!
People who write their review at least got all of their items. Well, it has been over a year for me and I STILL haven´t got all of my products that i ordered. I am still missing one pair of pants and one T-shirt. The last email I got from them was over a year ago which said that " Sorry, the system canceled your orders automatically and we have issues with refunds" I am actually pissed and wish to sue them!
Do not order from Dalaline. I ordered a hoodie from them in January and have not received it. It is now May. It was a birthday gift that I purchased 2 weeks in advance believing it would be delivered and it has not been delivered and there have been no shipping updates. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times and I got 1 automated reply that was not helpful.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM DALALINE!! I should have read the reviews on here first. The top I had ordered took weeks to arrive and was nothing like the website image - neither in colour nor fabric. After much email dialogue, they agreed to refund just the price paid for the item (none of the P&P I’d paid them to send it to me) but they insisted I return it to China, despite their having a UK return address on the original parcel. £19 more postage later (it became a point of principle) I waited two months for my refund and my card provider deducted a foreign exchange fee. Very much out of pocket on this transaction.
I ordered a jacket from them, it took about one month to get here. The customer service was real bad, and the jacket it self was a cheap thin quality copy of what i had actually ordered.

I received my order and noticed that the item was not at all the same as the one on the website's pictures. The design was totally different and cheap. In the package there's no return label and in the terms and conditions they say to refer to clause 11, but there's no clause 11 !? I wrote an email to their customer service because I would like to return my order and get a full refund, but so far they didn't get back to me. I don't know what to do and I am very disappointed. :(
