Looks like a fraud
Because while I made a payment there was some kind of a problem, so I had to repeat it once again. Transaction was made, I see it in my bank statement, but the store is sending me emails that my order has to be paid, or it will be cancelled
I actually tried to reach them via e-mail, but both addresses I found not replied to me anything
So, I'm finally without money and any update on my order

We strongly reject the suggestion that we are a fraud. Payments on our website are securely processed by MultiSafepay, our certified payment provider. They perform strict fraud and security checks on all transactions.
If fraud is suspected, or if a payment is made from a different country than the billing address, the transaction is automatically flagged and not approved as valid, meaning the payment is not completed on our side. In such cases, the order remains unpaid in our system and automatic payment reminders are sent.
Additionally, we have checked our records and you did not contact us prior to posting this review. Your first message was received only today. Therefore, it is incorrect to claim that we ignored your emails.

Literally everything in the whole page description including the picture shows the full set. Only one line "Article number: 5517" suggests that it's not the full set, but only one piece.
It is absolutely misleading and is not a fair business practice. Be very careful when ordering from this supplier.

The product description on our website is taken directly from the manufacturer and clearly states the article number, product type, and what the delivery includes. It has never been presented as a set, and the linked manuals also specify this information in detail.
In this case, the article number is always decisive:
Wippe für MATCH 55 schwarz matt 1-fach – Art. no. 5517 refers only to the 1-gang rocker (5517) and not to the Fusion frame (5525) or any other parts. This is clearly stated in the description and manuals.
Regarding the ticket: we close a ticket after providing an answer when we believe there is no need for further discussion. However, if something was unclear or if you had concerns, you could easily have contacted us by email before or after your order. We would then have reviewed the situation together with you and possibly found a suitable solution. You chose not to do this and instead turned it into a back-and-forth argument.
We are always open to normal communication and to solving issues together, but we will not be drawn into disputes that could have been avoided by simply asking for information in advance. We therefore consider this matter closed.

Bad service. Order was delayed beyond normal. Told them that it was probably lost. Needed to wait another 2 weeks for them to admit that order was lost. Then after that, they didn’t even bother to upgrade the shipping ti a faster method after me waiting 1,5 months for a small package that i really needed for a project. What a pity.
Update: You are just making it worse, you state facts that are absolutely not true without showcasing evidence. Next time try to resolve issues with your customers and then make up stories that blame your customers.

We regret to hear about your dissatisfaction. However, we would like to clarify a few important points. You personally selected the shipping service during checkout, and as clearly stated in Article 12 of our Terms and Conditions, business customers are responsible for the shipment once it leaves our warehouse.
If you believed the package was lost, you could have filed a claim with the courier—just like we would have to do in your position. Instead, we chose to support you beyond our obligation.
Although we were under no legal duty, we sent a second package within one week purely as a gesture of goodwill. This replacement package arrived quickly, yet you refused the delivery and left it uncollected at the post office for nearly two weeks.
Further investigation shows that the original package was also offered to you twice and was refused both times. When the original shipment was returned to us, it clearly bore two official seals from the carrier, confirming it was refused by the recipient in Greece. These are objective, documented facts.
Throughout the entire process, we maintained professional and respectful communication. Unfortunately, your responses were repeatedly aggressive and threatening.
All the issues you encountered were a direct result of your own actions and decisions. Your review is therefore both unjust and misleading. In light of this experience, we have decided not to accept any further orders from you.
We believe you should have appreciated the fact that we went beyond our obligations to help resolve the situation.

Επιλέξατε προσωπικά την εταιρεία αποστολής κατά την ολοκλήρωση της παραγγελίας και, όπως αναφέρεται ρητά στο Άρθρο 12 των Όρων και Προϋποθέσεών μας, οι επαγγελματικοί πελάτες φέρουν την ευθύνη για την αποστολή από τη στιγμή που φεύγει από την αποθήκη μας.
Αν θεωρούσατε ότι το δέμα χάθηκε, μπορούσατε να υποβάλετε καταγγελία στην εταιρεία μεταφορών—όπως ακριβώς θα κάναμε κι εμείς στη θέση σας. Αντί αυτού, επιλέξαμε να σας υποστηρίξουμε πέρα από τις υποχρεώσεις μας.
Παρότι δεν είχαμε καμία νομική υποχρέωση, στείλαμε δεύτερο δέμα μέσα σε μία εβδομάδα καθαρά ως πράξη καλής θέλησης. Αυτό το δέμα έφτασε άμεσα, αλλά αρνηθήκατε την παραλαβή του και το αφήσατε στο ταχυδρομείο για σχεδόν δύο εβδομάδες.
Από μεταγενέστερο έλεγχο διαπιστώθηκε ότι και το αρχικό δέμα σας προσφέρθηκε δύο φορές και τις δύο το αρνηθήκατε. Κατά την επιστροφή του, το αρχικό δέμα έφερε δύο επίσημες σφραγίδες από τον μεταφορέα, που αποδεικνύουν ότι απορρίφθηκε από τον παραλήπτη στην Ελλάδα. Αυτά είναι αντικειμενικά και αποδεδειγμένα στοιχεία.
Καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια της διαδικασίας, επικοινωνήσαμε με επαγγελματισμό και σεβασμό. Δυστυχώς, οι απαντήσεις σας ήταν επανειλημμένα επιθετικές και απειλητικές.
Όλα τα προβλήματα που προέκυψαν ήταν αποτέλεσμα των δικών σας επιλογών και ενεργειών. Συνεπώς, η αξιολόγησή σας είναι άδικη και παραπλανητική. Υπό αυτές τις συνθήκες, αποφασίσαμε να μη δεχθούμε μελλοντικές παραγγελίες από εσάς.

Purchased 3 Lunatone components, spread by two orders, only to discover that I need to buy another +300€ component (to use once) to be able to pair the components - contradicting the information stated in the product page that states "Factory setting enables basic control without configuration".
The costumer support was only focused on proving that it's not their fault and that I don't have "have basic knowledge about these (DALI) products" - not even true, since I've already installed and configured similar products that have simpler pairing mechanisms.
Zero empathy with a costumer that spent more than 400€ in equipment that is completely worthless. I even proposed to send the equipment back so they can pair it for me (a 5 minutes task, if you have that component), and it was refused, because "we are a store and do not offer programming services".
