I purchased 2 pairs of boots from them. Asked on social media are they waterproof , safety non slip etc all to which they replied they were great quality made in USA boots.onve the order had been made is was clear they were being sent from China which rang alarm bells. After 10 days the package arrived , as soon as I held the parcel I knew I had been ripped off as the package was so light . Boots looked stylish , fitted well but the soles were so thin they were almost like expensive bedroom slippers. My first venture in the rain confirmed these were definitely not waterproof or resistant. If I could give 0 stars I would 😕

Placed an order for work boots that were steel toe and was sent an email from the service department saying boots have been discontinued and to choose a different type. I replied with a different selection that again were steel toe and the company sends me a pair of SWAT boots that aren’t steel toe. I informed the service department they sent me the wrong boots and first they offered me $5.00 as a refund and keep the wrong boots they sent me, I replied and said that’s unacceptable I wanted the boots I ordered. They replied in kind and said the best they could do was refund me $10.00 and I keep the wrong boots they shipped. I again replied back to the service department and explained my disappointment in their business. I did everything they asked me to do by supplying them with a different kind of work boot with steel toes or a composite toe because that’s a requirement in my line of work and they won’t honor their confirmation for the order placed or their commitment to the customer. I even offered to return the boots they sent me by mistake and the company refuses to make the order correct. This company Dallader doesn’t even warrant a one star rating!

I wish I could leave a 0 for a review. They are that bad.
My shoes arrived about 2 sizes too small. I tried to go to their service department but only ended up chasing my tail there. Do not buy from this scam company.

Shoes came relatively timely but were way too small. After sending cutomer service pictures of my order, this is the response I received."Dear Customer

PS Shoes are cheap junk, no materials label. I could have accepted that since they were inexpensive, but the wrong size shoes are worthless.
