The item took a long time to arrive but the requests for information went answered very promptly, which I appreciated.

Did not know this product was not made in the USA-I believe it’s China. Amount charged on bank statement was not amount on my receipt-asked company about amount discrepancy and advised to refer to my bank statement. Also bank statement did not reflect same company name. From when I ordered product to receiving it took 5 weeks-this was not openly disclosed. Product itself seems as photo on website, fit is good-I have not laundered yet to see if quality of material will hold up.

Way to big i orderded a small it looks like a large

The jersey is nice. Fits great. Big time issue with shipping and tracking. I did get a prompt response from the vendor when I inquired about where my order was but the delay was confusing. I ordered a second jersey at the same time from a different vendor and it arrived as promised so shipping and handling got messed up somewhere.

BEWARE!!! There is virtually NO way to contact any customer service at this company. Even when they ship the wrong size! There is NO way to get a refund!!! When writing to them, they NEVER return any message!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY shipped the wrong size...Now I'm out a $69 Jersey!!

Took over 30 days to arrive. The tracking system is not accurate. Usps would leave package sit in locations for over 5 days.

Return policy is abysmal. Basically Buyer beware. Highly recommend buying from someone else.

I ordered my son a Pittsburgh jersey from Dallas cowboys on 25 September and I got a notice it shipped ten days ago. But when I check it says it's still awaiting pick up. And it's been 15 days. I can not understand how this is happening.

Item did not arrive within the time promised and is definitely not as pictured. The lettering overlaps with the stitching and there is no blue star on the tongue as the picture shows. It's just a white outline of a star.

Don't waste your money on the snoop dog keychain!! You'll need a magnifying glass to see it!! Very disappointed in this purchase!

I received my order, and let the company know the jacket did not fit. They said the factory said they would not and could not take it back. Then they offered me a coupon for half of to order the different size jacket. Very poor customer service and do not care about customers at all!!!

If I had the option to give these people negative stars, I would.
I sent images with all the issues to the email provided and they told me to deal with it. The shoes were indented, too large, the 23 is blurry, glue marks on the side of the shoes, and very clearly not Jordans. This website is a scam and they are unwilling to refund the order and take their terrible clown shoes back. Do not order from this site. Responding to my email took a week so they were burning through the time I would have had to return them anyway. Don’t waste your money!

I made a purchase, paid extra to have it delivered by today, but when I check tracking it's still waiting for pick-up in NY since the 16th and today is the 22nd, needless to say I will not get my order in the time it was promised to me. Unfortunately, if I don't get it today it's useless to me, but I'll have to pay shipping to return which isn't fair.

I purchased Dallas Cowboys Crocs for my grandson 12/12/2022 with a 2 week delivery time frame. They arrived 1/8/2023. They were supposed to be a men's size 10, yet they were a men's size 8. They aren't real Crocs. They are of an inferior material not ever close to the material of real Crocs. The Crocs logo is in the wrong place and not even a good replica. They sell counterfeit Crocs. I contacted them many times and after many back and forth emails, they said they would refund me, but never did. I even contacted them after they said they would refund me and I no longer receive any responses from them. My last attempt was 3/8/2023. My credit card company wouldn't give me a refund since I did receive merchandise. I'm out about $60 and upset I got taken. If you look at their return policy, they give the USPS phone number to follow up on a delivery. They don't have any contact number, just a gmail email. This says it all. Stay away from this company.

Since I received a response on TrustPilot from this company, I emailed them the information on 7/8 and 7/10 and I haven't heard back. In case they see this, it is order #17086.

the first shock was that they shipped the item from China; they sent the item to the wrong address, and by the looks of it they didn't even send the correct item (it was shoes, and the postal website says the parcel weighed 16 grams);
now they are not responding to emails
