I sent an email on a Saturday evening regarding a special request for my order and received a call and email on SUNDAY morning from Nathan, one of the owners of the company! It was so refreshingly unexpected to get such a stellar level of customer service. All of his follow up correspondence by phone and email was just as professional and timely. He took care of my request and sent me detailed documentation for the transaction without me having to ask for it. He was also extremely informative about the products, which based on my research of latex mattresses, will be hard to beat quality and value-wise. I found Mango Mattress/Dallas Natural Mattress online after giving up on another premium latex mattress company that had blown it on every level of customer service. I can't say enough about this mattress and the purchase experience. First, Chase helped us understand the organic latex difference and was extremely patient with us as we made up our minds to ultimately purchase the Posh + Lavish Refine king mattress. We've been sleeping on it for about a month and it's been an incredible experience. In fact, we went on vacation last week and couldn't believe how accustomed to this fabulous sleep experience we had become! Run, don't walk, to purchase from this store!

I was reluctant to go into another mattress store due to past bad experiences but decided to give this store a try, and I'm so glad I did. Love this store. Great prices and James and the staff are super knowledgeable and patient. Even the delivery process is great and not contracted out to some part time employees who don’t care. Most comfortable Mattress I have ever owned, and the fact that it’s safe and organic was such an appeal that I bought my kiddos the same mattress. They care about their customers and their health.

Chase and Nathan are so knowledgeable about their products. They allowed us to wander and ask all of our questions. We tried a number of different mattresses and bases, and all were comfortable. Came back the next day and purchased our new bed and matress.

We met with Chase and Nathan – Chase on our first visit and Nathan on our second visit. We got very clear descriptions of the differences between mattresses and the differences between foundations. All of our questions were answered. Our overall experience was wonderful. We purchased a mattress and a foundation confident that it will meet our needs thanks to all the help we received at the store.

The staff was super helpful on the phone and in person. They answered all of our questions expertly and helped us choose the right mattress topper. It wasn’t in stock but they had a similar version that they let us use until it came in. I will absolutely shop where again. Great quality products and great staff!
